I live in Scotland but have been coming to England a good few times a year and always go to the perfume shop in Workington the staff are absolutely fantastic especially Claire she has served me on a few separate occasions now, nothing is a bother to her, she gives u her full attention, helps u make decisions on what to buy and tells me about the fantastic special offers that are on. I shop online with perfume shop also but Claire always makes me feel welcome to prefer to go in store, I dont usually fill these out but felt I had to as Claire is a fantastic credit to the store. Keep up the great work I'm sure I will be back again soon for more purchases thanks again lovely lady mx

As always in the Workington store, the staff (Claire on this occasion), was warm, welcoming and friendly. She went out of her way to ensure that I had everything that I needed, taking the time to accommodate my fussy granddaughter. She made sure that my purchases were wrapped beautifully. And always Claire remained calm and polite. She made me feel like I was very special as a customer. She made time for us and was very knowledgeable in the perfumes that we were testing.
