They have great customer service. We use ProBright from Pet Lab for our 10 yr old Lab. It has helped a lot with keeping her teeth looking good and no more icky doggy bad breath. We are on auto ship and had a delivery issue with one. No fault of Pet Lab but apparently a postal issue. Pet Lab was quick to respond and replace the missing order, which happened to arrive a few days after the replacement.

This product works for my dogs allergies (saves me a lot of money from going to the vet every month), the delivery is prompt and to make changes to the delivery frequency or to cancel delivery is easy.

My 12-year-old Maltese looks great
My 12-year-old Maltese has not looked any better!! Her breath is better and she looks super white. We are very happy with the results this product has provided. We highly recommend it!

I have changed my shipping date on…
I have changed my shipping date on line, and the products are still delivered. This was last month. Through an email, I talked with a representative who said"maybe the change in the system was too late for shipment". I received a notice last week that the change in shipping date was not applied to me account again, so I changed the sate again. If this does not stick, I will unsubscribe.

BAD EXPERIENCE…
First of all taking these probiotics did NOTHING for any of our eight rescue dogs. Secondly, it took an act of Congress for you to stop shipping and billing them to us when we repeatedly requested you stop. You have other merchandise for sale and if you were to see to it that we were credited for the last two months, I would gladly ship you the probiotics back and give you a better review until that happens. I give you a very negative review.

I have been a customer since 2023
I have been a customer since 2023. In January of this year I received my products and for some reason the subscription went from 2 tubs every 2 months to 3 tubs and the price jumped from $60 to $150 with no explanation. I did not realize the change until the next shipment in March. I called and was told I did not have any active subscriptions and I could not find it on my account either. I got frustrated and gave up. Now this month I received 2 shipments, one June 2 and one June 3, both at $150 each. $300 dollars this month alone! Absolutely unacceptable! I have called again and the lady was very helpful but could not understand why the changes took place or why I was being charged $150 for a product that lists on their site for $83 something. I am cancelling, returning what I just received and requesting a refund for the 2 overpayments. Unfortunate because I like the products and have had a subscription for 3 years already.
