Available 24/7, the online portal allows you to update or cancel subscriptions, update your account, create a pet profile, and shop our VIP store. To access, visit the "account" section on our website menu, and choose the "register" option with the email address you provided when you purchased to create an account. We'll send you a verification email. Once you click on included link, you'll be able to login with your email address and the password and manage your subscription plan.

The product isn't working at all

The product isn't working at all. My dog's breath hasn't improved, and neither have his teeth. My dog doesn't like the taste, and the smell is terrible so I understand why my dog doesn't like the taste. They also automatically put you on a subscription, even when you click on no subscription. I should probably give them a 1 star, but I'm hoping it just takes longer than a month to start helping.

It might take up to 3 months of consistent use for supplements to show the best potential benefits. Each dog is different. Some dogs see the benefits within month 1, and some see the best results from months 2 and 3 onwards.

Regarding your subscription, we understand how that could be confusing. Before completing an order, you can always review whether you’ve selected the one-time purchase or subscription option. I have kept trying to cancel this because I no longer have a dog and my cat does not like this. I am very dissatsifed

It was fine

It was fine, but you are sending replenishment too early. I would like to stop the delivery for now as it’s not addressing the exact need for my dog Charlie.

I never received my order and PetLab…

I never received my order and PetLab refused to compensate for it or even send me a replacement. Their customer service was awful and I don't recommend buying any product from them because if something happens, you are just out of luck!

We have been trying the allergy and…

We have been trying the allergy and immune pills for my 3 year old chocolate lab for well over 6 months. Have not missed one dose. It does not appear to be doing what I was led to believe. So I am cancelling. It might work for someone else but not for us. I feel like we wasted all that money because we were told it would take at least 3 months and we kept at it for maybe 10 months or so without the results we were led to believe that we would receive. Maybe we should have just listened to others who said to let your dog develop natural immunity and allergy protection like we did for our other two labs in the past.

I was skeptical when I purchased…

I was skeptical when I purchased Probright Advanced. I have to say in just over a month my dogs teeth look so much better. I also worried that my dog would eat it, I mix it in a small can of moist dog food and Roxie just eats it all. She is a very picky eater so I’m happy about that. It works!

Dental products

Have been getting dental powder and water supplements for my dogs for a few years.
The dogs really like them and seem to have made a difference. I have 12 year old dogs with good looking teeth.

Delivery and communication is great with this company- great to work with.

The process was seamless

The process was seamless. I received my refund without having to return the product and the order that was already shipped was credited back to me and again I didn’t need to return the item. I will be donating the product to our local shelter.

I been given my boy bruno the probtics…

I been given my boy bruno the probtics for 3 months now and these are amazing he had yeast paws and now they are back to normal now and his ears where always bad but now and again I have to clean his ears out
