Great product

Always delivers on time. Gives delivery updates. Product works well on my dogs teeth. I have had several people say how white my dogs teeth are. I recommend this product!

The product isn't working at all

The product isn't working at all. My dog's breath hasn't improved, and neither have his teeth. My dog doesn't like the taste, and the smell is terrible so I understand why my dog doesn't like the taste. They also automatically put you on a subscription, even when you click on no subscription. I should probably give them a 1 star, but I'm hoping it just takes longer than a month to start helping.

It might take up to 3 months of consistent use for supplements to show the best potential benefits. Each dog is different. I am very frustrated- updated

I am very frustrated. My dog experienced diarrhea and then vomiting with the product. I adjusted the powder and also tried every other day. Once I stopped the product the illness stopped. Then I contacted the company for a refund. I waited on hold with the chat function for 16 minutes to get the RMA #. After the initial apology no one returned to the chat. So I ended chat. Called the line, they put me on hold another 7 minutes I waited, not one person ever answered. I never give bad reviews until today. Very frustrated!.
UPDATE- The company immediately emailed me after this post an apology and is working hard to resolve this issue. Therefore, I changed the review to higher marks.

I never received my order and PetLab…

I never received my order and PetLab refused to compensate for it or even send me a replacement. Their customer service was awful and I don't recommend buying any product from them because if something happens, you are just out of luck!
