Excellent and friendly sales staff, answered all our questions and even the delivery guys were amazing and very friendly especially with the issues we had getting our new sofas and chair in our house, would definitely recommend these guys, and well worth looking at the stock they carry.

We have bought many items from Place For Homes for the bedroom, dining room and lounge. Most recent purchase was a Global Biarritz Swivel Recliner and Footstool. It has become my ‘knitting and crafting’ chair and I love it.

A huge selection of furniture in an aircraft hangar!!! Purchased an Alstons Memphis sofa and chair the salesman I dealt with Darren was helpful. The sofas arrived in 8 weeks earlier than expected and the delviery boys were polite and very helpful

It took them 2 1/2 months to admit my bed was faulty. They did not apologise or make an attempt to communicate. I asked for a refund and they said in that case they would have to pick the bed up immediately. So they leave me a 77-year-old with no bed and having to sleep downstairs. They make false accusations and are verbally threatening.

We visited Place for Homes as they are local to us and it was recommended by my MIL. When we arrived there were one way signs and sanitiser, which in this climate was reassuring. We were looking specifically for a suite and dining set. We were welcomed into the showroom, offered assistance but respectfully left to browse the showroom. We decided on a suit and dining set which we ordered. I had noticed previously online the dining set was calculating cheaper than what the in store price said and they were good enough to honour the online price for the items meaning we saved some money. Our suite was made to order and arrive at our new home earlier than expected. The dining set took 4 weeks longer but it was worth the wait. The gentlemen who delivered the items were respectful and very helpful ensuring our floors were covered before entering with the goods. They were pleasant and chatty and just very nice guys.

Sales person was pushy at best. When he gave me a quote it was with the priceless statement that I would not get this furniture any cheaper elsewhere. When I informed him that I could the brochure and quote from the company were taken from me and I was told to take my business elsewhere. Which I did. Thankfully my purchase was made with a company who do not treat their customers like this and were considerably cheaper. My wife was also not happy with the bites on her back after sitting on the furniture.

Quick and easy contact prior to purchase on the online chat and over the phone. Although there were some issues with the item as supplied, they were able to arrange with their supplier to provide me with the item I wanted. Although there was an extra wait for the replacement item I was able to get an update quickly via email or chat.

Delivery guys were brilliant. They took it upstairs for me. Easy assembly. Loving the new wardrobe
