Ive made several purchases and each time has been great. The bag is exactly how it is shown in the pictures and the detailed information. The delivery is really quick as well which is great as I get very excited about my new bags! I check back regularly as there always new items coming in. Love it!

I purchased the Mulberry water bottle holder which was in brand new and unused condition! It came with the original Mulberry dust bag, tag, packaging, and the piece of plastic protection was also on the metal postman lock! Completely brand new! Great price for the item. I received the item just a few days after I purchased it so the shipping was very quick. Amy was also fast with responses and was so helpful in answering all of my questions that I had. I also received a Mulberry authentication certificate for a small additional fee which is useful to have with it. So if you want to buy anything from The Preloved Bag Boutique, don’t have any doubts about it and go for it!
