This how service should be, efficient, expedient, helpful, with a problem solving mindset, willing to listen and help. I could not recommend this group more highly, all doctors and staff extremely helpful.

Great service, quick, easy, professional and helpful. Dr Vish Retnasingham was very knowledgeable, consistent, friendly and helped me navigate a severe acute medical issue, which meant a lot as it was so distressing.

I would recommend this practice 100%. Extremely knowledgable, highly professional and profoundly empathetic - the doctors are of the highest calibre.

Efficient booking and appointment

Only drawback - difficulty in getting into the building - by following the instructions on the web-site . They do not appy on a Saturday morning

Dr. Vish and Dr. Harris have been incredibly kind and thorough in diagnosing our family. They are both exceptionally gentle with our children and genuinely committed to identifying the root of any health concern. Their deep passion for medicine and knowledge is evident in every appointment.

I have consulted Dr Harris before and he is always careful and incisive in his diagnosis and of whatever is troubling me and his treatment is effective.

My only complaints are with the online booking system and telephone answering queue but once you get in front of Dr Harris and his colleagues the service is excellent.

I took my son to The Private GP Group in New Malden, and I couldn’t be more impressed. After being unable to get an NHS appointment, I called them and was able to get an appointment within 2 hours. We saw Dr. Vish, who was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly thorough, patient, and engaging with my son, making him feel at ease right away. Unlike many rushed appointments these days, Dr. Vish took the time to genuinely listen and assess everything carefully—reminding me of the gold standard GP care of the past, where doctors really knew and cared for families. It was well worth the price, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend!
