Seems to be a scam…
Has been more than two months since I placed an order and the order still remains unfulfilled. No updates, no confirmation, i lost £70 i guess. Sent them an email, no reply.

This company is very secretive about the source of its clothes and material, while the excuse “we’re a small business” does not qualify for ethical clothing.
I found out after I ordered an item, which never arrived. Terrible customer service, it took me 4 weeks to get someone to issue me a refund. Avoid.

We do however recommend using parcelmonkey.com/uk to compare prices/couriers as we’ve found this to be the most cost effective way to send your parcel back. Rest assured we do hear your feedback and are working towards an easier return resolution for our customers, it’s just taking a little longer to develop than we’d like.
