Negligent behavior
Undertook six laser hair removal courses without anyone reading my medical consult form. It was only at my seventh appointment that they told me I couldn’t carry on my treatment because of the medication I had been taking, which I had stated on EVERY FORM TO DATE. Blood blister and scarring as a result of this negligence.
Furthermore, it took me nearly a month to receive these forms to correlate my concerns. Since that point they have messed me around over emails for over 10 days and refused to refund me stating “no-refund policy”.
I believe this to be breach of the 2015 Consumer Act showing lack of appropriate care in the service they (failed to) provide. Currently trying to claim a refund through my credit card provider and will be looking into their licence with the local council.

As a first timer getting my lip filler…
As a first timer getting my lip filler done, the fab women from reception to the lovely lady who done my lips are an absolute pleasure to deal with, they explain everything to you in detail and make sure to go over things if you’ve medical history also. They made the experience a calming, trusting one and I felt confident going forward with my procedure! Couldn’t fault them what so ever and I’ll be sticking with them for any future procedures! My emails unfortunately are being…
My emails unfortunately are being ignored. 3 of my sessions expired. The reason was in one of my appointments during laser it was very painful and left underarm area swelled and red and extremely painful for almost 3 months. I had to go to the doctor as I was in alot of pain. I was on certain antibiotics and was told no laser allowed. However the clinic insisted it was fine to use laser so I proceeded as they said not only was it OK but if I dont show I'll lose my session. I showed up and that happened. As the weeks were going on the expiry date was coming up. Not only did I get 1 session as a sorry I got my other one put back on to which both have now disappeared from my app along with 1 more. Just leaving this review here as maybe a team member might have a look at my emails i sent & hopefully im giving back my 3 sessions. Will update this later if I get any response back

Excellent for a first timer and mature clients!
At consultation everything was explained about procedure and I was very appreciative of being guided into what was best for me and my expectations. I got a reminder before and a check that I was well. On the day of the procedure, every step was explained in real time so there were no 'ouch'surprises. All staff were so pleasant and welcoming.
