Update on this review : Do no buy online!!! I purchased two items from Therapie Clinic on 8 March 2026 and have been incredibly disappointed with the lack of communication and resolution regarding my order. After placing the order, I received only one email stating that delivery would take 7–10 days. No further updates or expected delivery dates were provided. As of 30 May 2026, I have still not received my package. I contacted customer service by phone but was advised that this issue could not be handled over the phone. Since then, I have sent multiple emails and have repeatedly been told that they are investigating the matter. Nearly three months later, I am still receiving the same response with no clear resolution. I have also requested a refund, but this request has not been addressed. Instead, I have simply been asked to continue waiting. As a long-standing customer who has purchased from Therapie Clinic many times before and used their services regularly, I find this experience extremely disappointing. I am not asking for anything unreasonable—I simply want either the products I paid for or a full refund. Extremely disappointed

Update: On 1 June, I received a call from Therapie Clinic asking whether I wanted the package or a refund. Given the length of time I had already been waiting, I requested a refund, as I no longer had any confidence that the package would ever arrive.

Twenty-three days later, I have still not received the refund. I tried calling the number that contacted me, but it is no longer recognised, despite it being a Therapie Clinic number. I also sent another email and, once again, was told that they are "investigating" the issue.

I understand that problems can occur with orders, but I am genuinely shocked that it can take months to resolve a straightforward issue.
I believe if I do not write this review it will not be taking into consideration.

I have had the pleasure to undergo Facial Hair Removal laser with Ellie at the Thérapie Clinic in Leicester. Ellie is fantastic with her clinical knowledge of the process, she is so diligent when performing the treatment and experienced about pre and post care. Her smile and joyful personality always enhance the experience, thank you so much Ellie for taking such good care of me!

Completed an assessment to see if the treatment I wanted is suitable for me - I was told that yes I can have this treatment.
Booked time off to attend my appointment, only to be told on the day of the appointment, with little to no warning, that I am actually not suitable for said treatment. Not only did this waste my time and effort, but they didn't even have the courtesy to inform me ahead of time.
I asked for a refund only to be told that this is not possible, but that I would be able to change treatment option anytime, and that there is no expiry to this.
I then call to re-book an appointment for a different treatment, only to be told that this has now expired and they are unable to do anything.
My time, effort, and money has now been wasted.
Completely unacceptable way to treat a customer.

I see improvement even after the first polynucleotide injection. Will continue the treatment. Happy with the results. Dr. Jing is highly competent at her job, and the reception staff are friendly and quick.

Therapie Clinic Ireland

I have spent thousands of Euro at Therapie Clinics in Ireland over the years. I recently gave birth and I'm still breastfeeding my baby. The treatments I purchased before I got pregnant are NOT Breastfeeding safe therefore I cannot use them currently. They are due to expiry soon but this company are refusing to allow me to keep my treatments for when I finish breastfeeding. Shame on this organisation penalising women who are breastfeeding. The worst part is when I got pregnant I phoned the helpline and asked them to keep my treatments for when it's safe to use them. I also mentioned to the staff in Malahide and I was reassured this would not be a problem. I am so disappointed and feel totally discriminated against for breastfeeding. This has left such a disgusting taste in my mouth.

Everything is always very clearly explained and you are made to feel so comfortable throughout the whole process which is very important as a customer for these kinds of treatments. Despina has been great at the above and I always look forward to my next treatment with her!

I have used The thérapie Clinic on and off over the years and have generally had positive experiences, which is why this review is particularly disappointing to write.

In December, I booked a consultation because I was concerned about loss of firmness in my lower face, jawline and the area under my chin. I explained very clearly what was bothering me and asked what treatments would realistically help.

Following the consultation, I purchased a course of three Sculptra treatments (£1,425) as well as SkinVive (£399), based on the doctor’s recommendation and reassurance that these treatments would improve my concerns.

Over the following months, I repeatedly mentioned that I was not seeing the improvements I had expected. The response gradually shifted from reassurance that results would come, to explanations that the treatments were not really designed to address the issue I originally came in for.

I was eventually told that the area under the chin and neck would require something stronger and that SkinVive was more suited to skin quality and fine lines rather than lifting or tightening. This was frustrating because those limitations were not explained when the treatment plan was recommended.

The most disappointing part is not that the treatments produced modest results. It is that I spent nearly £1,800 following professional advice for a specific concern, only to later be told that the recommended treatments were unlikely to solve that concern in the first place.

I also experienced persistent lumps for some time after the SkinVive treatment and saw no meaningful improvement in the area it was supposed to address.

The staff were always pleasant and professional, and I do not doubt their good intentions. However, I feel I was sold treatments that were not the most appropriate solution for the problem I presented. Had I been given a more realistic assessment from the beginning, I would have made very different decisions about how to spend my time and money.

Great experience with Botox treatment with Dr. Mary at Westfield Stratford she explained everything clearly and took great care throughout the procedure. I normally bleed during these treatments, but this time I didn’t at all. She was very gentle, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Highly recommend! She’s normally in the Canary Wharf clinic for those that want to book her

My actual appointments have all been fine, staff have been nice and I've had no issues actual in clinic. But trying to speak to someone when you have a query or an issue is impossible. I've spent over a week trying to resolve and issue, there's no phone numbers anymore, on contact us form that actually gets seen and the emails continue to bounce back! It is so frustrating how businesses now just run like robots!

unfortunately I wasn’t impressed with the results of my treatment… what can I say won’t go again

*I can't review treatment, I am reviewing customer service* I had a consultation for IPL during which I was advised that my medication may prevent me from having treatment, but that this would be checked and I would receive a call to confirm whether treatment could go ahead or not. I was not called back, I had to call two weeks later to get an answer. During both the consultation and the call my medication was misrepresented by staff clearly reading from a script and feeling empowered to tell someone managing a chronic condition what their medication is or does. I would suggest that staff would benefit from training as to how to have those conversations and, frankly, stay in their lane when it comes to medical information. A simple confirmation that Therapie's policies would now allow treatment to go ahead would have been enough here. I would also add that during the consultation I was given a really hard sell on expensive aftercare products - I've had IPL before, these products are not necessary. If you are going into a consultation be ready for a fairly transactional atmosphere, I assume that I didn't get a call back as there was no way to make money from me. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone I know, although I am fortunate to live in an area where there are independent alternatives who put customer care at the heart of their business.

I attended DR Justin on a number of occasions, he has great knowledge in what he does , makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed, the whole experience is perfect, Lauren on reception is the perfect front of house . I have sent some of my friends to Therapie and they loved it 🥰

Dr Sana was amazing I highly recommend her. My experience was without fault.

The staff are so lovely and do a great job with the treatments. I have paid for a full body and full face laser hair removal. The therapist I have had have been very thorough.
I also benefit from a good offer with £200 off. Look forward to booking other treatments.

This was the first attempt at Botox as I have been very anxious to go through this procedure. My goodness what a game changer and all because the therapist was so confident and ama ingest putting me at ease and telling me about the great results rather than possible side effects

Undertook six laser hair removal courses without anyone reading my medical consult form. It was only at my seventh appointment that they told me I couldn’t carry on my treatment because of the medication I had been taking, which I had stated on EVERY FORM TO DATE. Blood blister and scarring as a result of this negligence.

Furthermore, it took me nearly a month to receive these forms to correlate my concerns. Since that point they have messed me around over emails for over 10 days and refused to refund me stating “no-refund policy”.

I believe this to be breach of the 2015 Consumer Act showing lack of appropriate care in the service they (failed to) provide. Currently trying to claim a refund through my credit card provider and will be looking into their licence with the local council.

As a first timer getting my lip filler done, the fab women from reception to the lovely lady who done my lips are an absolute pleasure to deal with, they explain everything to you in detail and make sure to go over things if you’ve medical history also. They made the experience a calming, trusting one and I felt confident going forward with my procedure! Couldn’t fault them what so ever and I’ll be sticking with them for any future procedures! Thanks so much Ladies for everything!
