not a good experience ...
I ordered a pair there are now more than 2 weeks, I have no news of my command and the delivery statue is fixed on "order placed".
My 3 emails sent to the customer service remain unanswered.
So I launched a claim Paypal in order to be refunded. I am quite disappointed and especially annoyed at having lost my time.
Good item, poor customer service though
Item took a while to arrive but came in good condition. Customer service is another story, taking a long time to get a reply on emails. I had to contact Rarehouse with so many different platform to get ONE response. Customer service is definitely a let down.

Great products and site, only thing i would like improved is the fact the site does not notify on the shipment phases.
I received the package all of a sudden and then got the email 2 days later telling me the tracking number.
Outrageously Atrocious
So, I have posted this review once more but reorganised it to be more readable and simple.
On 18/12/2018. I buy a pair of Yeezy 350v2 Sesames in Size 13, order #2017-6468, 280€ (Euros)
On roughly 20/12/2018 after the point the seller would have had to ship them to them, I receive
no update on the status of if they have been sent or where they are.
This was through their contact form where I receive confirmation it sent. No answer
A few days later, I attempt to contact them again, no answer, now no confirmation it sent.
Another few days later, I start trying to contact them directly through my email service,
in case their contact us page just wasn't sending emails correctly. No answer.
A couple of days later on the 27th I believe, I try to phone them because at this point it has been roughly a week and
a few days without any digital answer, success, I get through to someone!
He says they are being sent from Portugal but according to his tracking, they are only 30km or so
from their office and should arrive soon for authentication.
A few days go by, no update on if they arrived or were authenticated.
I attempt to contact them again, no answer.
After this I get a bit fed up and try phoning them again, multiple times throughout the day.
No answer, I ask a friend to phone them, no answer.
I go to their instagram comments section to see multiple users complaining that they hadn't
received any response.
One user bought shoes on the 12th of December and heard nothing.
One user shipped shoes to them and didn't receive payment or any answer from customer support
And a third user just wonders why they never got a reply to their emails.
I go to their facebook page and find one user wondering where her order was too.
Obviously, these have pretty much all since been deleted, as was my questions on instagram, but you might still be able to find a few.
At this point, I have gotten a refund and long since bought my shoes from elsewhere, but let this serve as a warning to any other potential buyers, or rather, victims.
They also have repeatedly been rude since I wrote this review, tried to feign ignorance and repeatedly attempted to report it and get it taken down.
And by feigning ignorance I mean their claim that they did reply in response to my last review, which technically they did, however, only after I requested a refund and started being a nuisance.
Which is also conveniently when whoever the one person in charge of everything it seems, arrived back from being on holiday over the Christmas period, yet he answered my first phone call during that same period.
Other shops may be about €30 more but it's worth it to receive consistent customer support.

The product quality is not in doubt but I had to wait on month while on the site there was written that the shoes would bee shipped in more or less one week.

Original product but really bad communication
The product was oringinal and verified, so the most important thing it’s ok.
Anyway, it took longer than what was reported on their website and especially the communication with them was really poor: since the shoes weren’t coming in, I have emailed them three times in a week and I’ve even texted them on Instagram without receiving any reply; so I’ve sent them another email saying that I would have requested a PayPal refund if their behaviour hadn’t changed and magically in a few hours they replied giving me all the informations I needed. I was really feeling like they were kidding me
