Reformation is an excellent brand that is more pricy but always very original and of high quality. I love all the products I bought. Their clothes are feminine and often very simple and seemingly basic but very refined.

I am incredibly disappointed with how my recent order was handled. There's one preorder dress, which unfortunately went missing from my delivery. While a refund was eventually issued because the item couldn't be reshipped, the communication from support was completely unacceptable.

Despite being a frequent shopper and a Friends with Benefits VIP member(I spent thousands of dollor monthly cuz I love this brand design). I received a restrictive warning from the support team stating that any future lost packages to my address would not be refunded. Punishing a loyal customer and placing flags on an account for a delivery failure completely outside of my control is an incredibly poor business practice. This is a joke.

I love customer experience that is offered in stores. Staff is very attentive and helpful.

I like the ethos of sustainably sourced materials and environmentally conscious production methods, and the staff at the Georgetown DC location are always kind, helpful and knowledgeable.

Love the concept and the clothes. I don't have a consistently good in-store experience. Some people who work there are snooty and seem like they can't be bothered. I've also had the opposite experience where the salesperson is very friendly and helpful. Just wish it were more consistent.

I've shopped at Reformation for years, and it continues to be one of my favorite brands. Every experience in-store has been consistently exceptional. The team is genuinely welcoming, they greet you when you walk in, check in thoughtfully while you're trying on clothes, and are always patient, attentive, and happy to help without ever being pushy. It feels like personalized service, which keeps me coming back.

Beyond the customer experience, Reformation has truly found its niche in fashion. Their pieces strike a balance that's surprisingly hard to find, timeless yet modern, elevated yet effortless. I love that I can build so much of my wardrobe here, from everyday jeans and tops to tailored pants, matching sets, beautiful dresses, and outfits for special occasions. Their designs have an understated sophistication with just the right amount of personality, making them feel current without chasing trends.

Reformation has created a brand that's both stylish and wearable, and that's what sets them apart. The quality, fit, and versatility keep me coming back season after season. It's one of the few stores where I know I'll always find pieces that make me feel confident and put together.

Easy to transact, great folks in store, only issue was stuff arriving at different times so didn’t get some of the items quite when I’d wanted them

Usually get my issues resolved and it’s very helpful to be able to text the line for any help. The only downside is the policy of exchanging an online order through stores. They can’t seem to help much in stores and require you to reach out through customer love. Also, seems like exchanges can’t really be processed in store which is frustrating.

As a former employee, I still love the girls working here 🌷 they’re always so kind and efficient ⭐️

I like the mission, the style and quality of the clothes. While they are on the pricer side, it's worth it! I find myself going back to the website every now and then to see what's new

I came in to find some outfits for a birthday trip coming up. Everyone was so helpful and nice! From the girls out front to the ones in the dressing room. Excellent service all around!
