I like the mission, the style and quality of the clothes. While they are on the pricer side, it's worth it! I find myself going back to the website every now and then to see what's new

I came in to find some outfits for a birthday trip coming up. Everyone was so helpful and nice! From the girls out front to the ones in the dressing room. Excellent service all around!

Love everything about the way this experience is. Someone helps you pull looks, it all just appears in a closet in your dressing room, it’s amazing.

I love browsing your website, but it would be incredibly helpful if you added a customer reviews or star-rating section to your product pages.Having real-time feedback on sizing accuracy, fabric feel, and overall fit from other shoppers would make it much easier to confidently choose the right pieces

It's truly disappointing that my favorite clothing brand, which markets itself as a premium, luxury-inspired brand, pays so little attention to the in-store customer experience.

The clothing is beautiful, but the people working in the stores completely undermine the brand. The staff is consistently unfriendly, unwelcoming, and at times even hostile. Instead of making customers feel valued, they make you feel like you're inconveniencing them.

For a brand that charges premium prices and promotes a luxury image, this level of customer service is simply unacceptable. A great shopping experience is about more than just the product—it's about how customers are treated. Reformation has done an excellent job building a desirable brand, but it needs to invest just as much in the people representing it in its stores.

I love this store—the clothes and service is always top notch. My only complaint is the return policy is a little strict—too short considering this is a high end store and I would expect the clientele to be honest. Other than that, I highly recommend…just don’t buy something from there if you aren’t 100% committed or you are better than me at remembering to do returns immediately 😂

Excellent customer service and cute clothes. The only thing keeping me as a customer of this brand is their customer service is so good and the designs are often unique and adorable. However the quality of the clothing has dropped off a cliff. So many things are dry clean only, which I’ll never buy. And the zippers are cheap trash, I’ve had two break on new dresses. They’re not thinking of intelligent design and longevity of clothes anymore. Example: the Everett dress, a heavy double lined thick linen dress, yet the entire weight of the dress is supported by a strap that is held on by one tiny button. Both the buttons broke because it’s a poor design. Just sew the strap on.

You don’t accept cash in store. But apart from that great experience

Not everyone is tall, slim! You models should demonstrate more versatile shapes ( actual curves and sizes) so one can see oneself in your selected outfits

The dress I ordered was beautiful but did not fit my shape very well. The return was made so easy and convienent.

I love their dresses. My only complaint is i bought a silk dress in store and it was wrinkled and they did not offer to steam it because they throw into a bag and not give to you in garmet bag. I know the company claims to be eco friendly but the tag says made in china, yet the dresses are $300+ and i should not have to pay more money at dry cleaner to have it pressed.

Customer service was little to none, and the little I received was rude and standoffish.
