The order I had placed had been incorrect tly listed. I received a very polite email as they couldn't reach me by phone, and they explained it was a mistake and that I could order a similar item. I decided to
go ahead and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the product, the speed of delivery, but most of all the great customer service.

I needed a new laptop. My old one didn’t support Windows 11. I chose an HP Elite book. Really pleased. It turned up next day. There was not a mark on it and it works like a dream. The price was a fraction of the new price. Very pleased with my purchase.

The renewed computer that I ordered from the Renewed Store arrived literally within hours of my order. Really well packed, it was in superb condition and I have been using it since day one. The price that I paid was very fair, follow up has been good with the promise that should there be any problem with the computer, the Store would attempt to resolve it. I would therefore totally recommend the Renewed Store on all levels.

Alienware DWF monitor delivered promptly, in good condition and I have been using it about 6 months now with no problems. Nothing to complain about so far.

Buying a refurbished laptop was really easy. Everything was clear, fast and smooth. Plenty of communication and updates, but maybe a few too many emails!

I had an enquiry before i bought my computer. and the response was not only very quick but also directed me to a better computer than the one I was asking after at the same price. Computer arrived well packaged and was very quick to set up and Runs smoothly. you would think it was brand new out of the box.

I've been pondering purchasing a laptop to travel with me for photo editing, moving photos from SD cards to safe storgage and basic e mails etc. Waited a long time to decide to purchase refurbished so glad I did my Dell laptop was graded excellent and arrived looking brand new not a mark on it works so well will do everything I need and a good price would buy from here again with no hesitation.

Renewed staff are incredibly helpful, my questions were responded to quickly and once I had made a decision my new laptop was received the following business day. Having opened the box there was what appeared to be a brand new laptop despite it being released a few generations ago. The price paid was extremely reasonable for a used laptop in such a good condition. The laptop does does everything I need at a fraction of the price of a new machine.
