Avoid at all costs. It does not work and there is no customer support just AI. I had issues logging in and just keep t getting an AI generated response from their “customer support” … the exact same email ever time! They ignored my responses and never resolved the isdue
I signed up for what I believed was a small trial payment, but was charged £29.99 for a recurring subscription the same day. I cancelled immediately. In my opinion, the subscription terms were not clearly highlighted during checkout. Please make sure to read all billing details carefully before entering payment information.
Converted "bobmurray1234 at gmail.com" (numbers changed) to:
Robert Murray, no additional details (nothing).
Nah Dah!
Who could have guessed?
Absolute SCAM!
Terrible scammers 😡. I didn’t subscribe to a monthly detection, I didn’t even receive terms and conditions to agree to this , my mistake was to give out my banking details thinking I’m only paying for the service I used which is to such a number (which I understand) but a monthly subscription I didn’t agree to that R500 gone
I just wanted to check a photo, and I found myself with a monthly subscription. Definitely a poor communication style, or maybe a clever one to get money. Definetly not valuing loyal customers
Absolutely deceiving product. I don't even need to explain based on the other reviews. Poor effort.
Webpage let’s you think that information on the number you search for is found and information is ready. After paying there’s no information. Really sad way to earn money. Shame on you
Tried to take £30 from my paypal account but managed to block them l hope
This Company is scamming me with an unauthorised payment of £29.99. I used them once and they took two payments of 50p. Their PayPal email is false and just gets returned. Avoid at all costs.
Paid a one off £0.99 for a report as I was getting multiple phone calls a day from an unknown number. I’ve since then had almost £30 come out of my account, went on the website and it said I had a subscription which I then proceeded to cancel. I was unable to get a refund on the website so I emailed, only to be told that it was an unrefundable policy and there was basically nothing that could be done about it. To top it off my report I paid for gave me no results so I’ve wasted over £30 for no reason
I authorized the free trial and paid $3.49. Then within 3 hours they had put a hold on my PayPal account for .50 and $29.99. so now I’ve spent hours dealing with that. There is no email to contact them at. The free trial was supposed to last a month…but even if I misremembered that part…it certainly was to be a matter of days not hours. The report was less than accurate. I have other resources that let me know about data breaches. They had nothing. Their email within the PayPal email to contact them comes back not active. They. Are. A scam. IMHO
Like what the other reviewer has commented, I did a one-off transaction and paid for it. But this company is a SCUM and a SCAM and took another $ 39.99 from my account. I have requested the bank to REVERSE the transaction and to cancel my card.
It’s a scam do not use if you click 7 days later charged £29.99
AVOID Paid for a one off but without authority they took £29.99
I received almost no information on the person I was checking on, just a load of photos many of which were not him. I didn’t mind paying £1, but I was annoyed to discover that without any warning I had signed up for a subscription by doing so. This is not acceptable, I cancelled at once and will not use them again.
I only wanted to check one number and I paid 10p, and next day they charged me for £49.90 for subscription which I never signed for. Total scam.
It is not clear even where they are based. It is a shame as I would have paid £2-3 for the info which they provide and I may have used them again.
Total crooks
I only wanted a trial which I paid for and was deducted but now notice a week later that a sum had been deducted from my credit card. Not happy with this at all. Instructing my bank to decline any future payments plus they do not make it so easy to unsubscribe.
These people are total scammers. Wish I’d read the reviews first! They’re also called Clarity.com. Two 50p charges and suddenly you find £29.99 going out of your account on a monthly subscription. DO NOT USE! Report scam to your bank immediately. And you’d get a better (free) search from Google.
This site is a complete scam, say it does a free scan, does that scsn the bombard you with emails saying we've found thinks etc, the reason your doing this is because you want answers to why a loved is behaving how they are, they prey on this vulnerability, so you click the link to get your results, it cost a very small amount £1, you se some results that knew already, there is no mention of being put on a contract they then take £29.99.
I contacted them via email ticket, for a refund, they didn't want to knowhow many thousands have they done this to?
Avoid at All costs.
I write for free. But then they immediately ask for my credit card number and fees.
Small merchants are selling products I can't see because of my payment information.
It's a scam.
