As others have said this is a scam

As others have said this is a scam, I paid £1 for a image search which told me they had results only to find once I paid they gave me nothing, a week later they attempted to take £29.99 from my bank which declined thankfully, disgusting company, I never was informed of future ongoing payments and never received one communication from them after the initial £1 payment, they make it so easy to pay the search fee of £1 and then they have your bank details which they use !!!

⭐ 1/5

⭐ 1/5 – Very disappointing and concerning experience

I cancelled my ReverseLookup subscription because the service was completely useless for my needs. Despite cancelling, I was still charged £29.99, which is unacceptable.

I contacted their support email and provided all required details, including screenshots from their own user portal clearly showing my account and the cancellation. Even after this, they replied saying they “cannot find my account.” This makes no sense given the evidence I supplied.

At this point, the situation feels highly unprofessional and potentially deceptive. Charging customers after cancellation and then denying the existence of their account is a serious issue.

I am now forced to contact my bank and relevant consumer protection authorities to recover my money and to ensure this does not happen to other people.

I strongly advise others to be very cautious before subscribing.

I paid £1 for a single number lookup which they gave me no information for then 7 days later a subscription charge for £29.99 that I did not sign up for. Luckily my bank flagged it as suspicious and stopped the charge.

DO NOT USE

I wanted to search a phone number 1 time and happily paid 50 pence to do it, and no surprise they couldn’t find anything after and thats fine… then a week later I find out they have charged me £30 for a monthly subscription I did not ask for, they won’t answer my emails and won’t give a refund and I can’t cancel my subscription because apparently my email isn’t recognised (because I never started a monthly subscription with an account) it is literally daylight robbery. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE AT ALL. They are thieves.

I was on a dating app and started…

I was on a dating app and started talking to a man , a few red flags just wanted to make sure he was genuine,
So did the picture lookup , it told me he was a serial romancer and gave loads of different names for this man
Then after a a week checking my bank a £29.99 went out of my bank which I did not realise I had subscribed too
Very misleading website
Would never use these websites again

Totally useless

Totally useless, I got absolutely zero info whatsoever. I mean nada, zilch. Apart from the phone company associated to the SIM, and by the way you don't have to pay to find out that. What a joke...
Subscription cancelled 10 seconds after getting the so called results.

Just don't ....

I do not trust this ' service ' . They appear to split your initial payment ( which automatically signs you up to subscription fees ) so that they have access to the payment method more than once . I have cancelled any perceived future subscription with paypal but they have still managed to take funds after the date of cancelation . Screams dodgy to me .

Very misleading scam

I clicked to search an email. The platform told me that the email was correct and there was information that it had found but I had to pay. Once I paid the platform said there was no information available at all! Total scam
