I was intrigued 1 year ago, paid 0.99p - secretly it is a SUBSCRIPTION and they have been charging ever since = £600 (£49 monthly)
the SMALL CLAIMS COURT can hopefully rule on this one. #Chargebacks start tomorrow!
they sent ONE email about the 0.99pm being taken,
but do NOT send emails with details on the £49 being taken monthly - so DEVIOUS!
I’ve emailed Reverse Australia multiple times asking them to remove my personal home address, which they’ve published without my consent. Despite several attempts, I’ve received no response at all.
To make matters worse, someone has left a false and damaging review on my number, claiming I called them pretending to be from the NBN. I’ve never worked for the NBN, and I’ve had this number for over 22 years. This kind of unverified and misleading content is seriously harming my business and reputation.
It’s unacceptable that they allow anyone to post false accusations without any checks, and then ignore valid removal requests. This site cannot be trusted with personal information. Stay away from Reverse Australia.
I paid for a one off search (which proved useless) but every month they have been taking just under £40 from my card.
I reported it to my card provider and they stopped my card and issued me a new one, but even now they're still taking the money!
What a waste of money £49 for nothing no information on the number not even a name on the person I was trying to trace ,can't even refund my money after several email's to them
Please don't subscribe to these you'll get no where finding out what you paid for
I requested a one off for 99p lookup and they have been taking money out of my account monthly. I did not agree to contract and unable to contact them
This is company is not to be trust, they take your money without advising you and when you contact them regarding a refund they say that you can't get your money back. DO NOT USE THEM I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEM.
