Rum arrived in one piece, the rum itself is very smooth and a nice rum taken neat, I’m looking forward to offering it to guests.
I would like to leave a review on the packaging, the box itself was packed in bubble wrap, not a problem the box itself was fine but if I could make a suggestion, could some bubble wrap be placed around the bottle inside the box, my bottle was rattling around inside the box, on the plus side the bottle hadn’t broken. I will definitely be recommending this rum. Great that you deliver to the Isle of Man too, thank you.

Amazing company that is very helpful! The rum I wanted was out of stock but they was quick to email and help me pick and alternative to the same cost and email me when it was dispatched! Any queries was answered quickly and efficiently! Would highly recommend this business!

My issue is with the delivery so I cannot comment on the product. My order has still not been received, three weeks after order. It has been attempted to be delivered by Royal Mail, however they picked that the product needs to be signed for and tried to deliver on two days I was not at home. Royal Mail ignored my request for leaving in a safe place. I don’t have this issue with other companies or delivery providers, please review your website order options so people who work full time can pick a suitable delivery

The product was delivered on time and in tact

I have drank a lot of different types of rum in my life. I spent 10 months in Belize whilst serving in the military and l had a lot of the local rums whist on tour, but The Rum Company have exceeded my expectations. I would like to say that you have given me the best rum l have ever tasted throughout my lifelong rum tasting experience. Thankyou 🍹

Never had any information to tell me the item had been dispatched as per their email 🤷‍♂️

The delivery did not arrive in time which was disappointing as it was a gift. The 48 tracking number service was unhelpful as I had no idea what was happening with the order. The company AI service was useful as l received an email the following day giving me an update but unfortunately it was still another day before it arrived. The rum is lovely but it missed the occasion it was ordered for.

Only been doing the subscription for two months but thoroughly loving the surprise package that drops through the letterbox so far. As an avid rum lover I was half expecting to receive items I already own, but not yet. Early days I know, but two entirely new bottles each time. Great items, great delivery, great subscription 5 ⭐️
