Craftmanship is amazing i was expecting little louder and the instructions are not clear which button is aux and power button. And Dark saber for example has only one button.

The most bang for your buck
The Anakin lightsaber is awesome. I mean really cool, high quality awesome. Plus the case and all the accessories… blows your competition away. I got one from The Saber Factory and one from another popular saber company and going forward I’ll only buy from the saber factory. Only thing that’s noticeably the same is the hilt software. Seems to be almost identical.

Hi Isaac. I’m surprised of your comment. Your saber was fine and you were offered that we either provide the necessary support to help you make it 100% to your expectations, reassuring you that it’d be fine, but you chose the return option which is ok for us but shipping is at your expense.
The return motive doesn’t have to be explained by the customer, but if you thought your saber had a problem you could respond to our inquiry for photos and video so we could provide support as proposed.
If it is deemed damaged and not fixable we’d refund/replace at our cost.
I’m still available to discuss it further since I have not yet received your tracking for the return package.

Quality lightsaber

This saber is amazing
This saber is amazing! The hilt is beautifully crafted and the neopixel blade is just awesome! I have a couple Disney legacy light sabers and this saber blows them away. It has several different modes and many colors that you can change the blade to. The sound effects are spot on too. For the price you can’t beat this saber and it arrived earlier than expected. I would definitely buy again.
