Unbelievable customer service

Unbelievable customer service.
I had a problem with a sleeping mat leaking making it pretty useless. I knew I’d bought it a few years ago but wasn’t sure. Checked and I had bought it 1 year and 364 days before the problem. It had a 2 year warranty. Emailed the team.
Got a reply same day saying yes they could help. Sent me a pre paid postage. I sent the mat back. I then emailed to ask about progress as I had another camping trip due. They phoned me up and basically said although the product had gone to the manufacturer, they knew it was faulty. So they just sent me a brand new one. Arrived the next day.
This was an expensive sleeping mat.
They went really above and beyond. I can only completely recommend them. Brilliant brilliant customer service.

A great company with super helpful…

A great company with super helpful customer service. I wanted to have more details of an inflatable mattress and Stewart very kindly went to the stores to check and email the information. He could not be more helpful and to top it all, he despatched the goods immediately and they arrived the next day. Not a Bot in sight, just lovely, knowledgeable people.

No quibble replacement. Best outdoors company I've dealt with.

No quibble replacement. After receiving an "empty bag" - with apologies from the royal mail. I contacted Stuart and within the space of 5 minutes he'd arranged for a replacement to be sent 24hour tracked. He kept apologising for the Royal Mail problem !!
What a great company and great person. I'd give 6 stars if possible. Ewan McCabe.

One of the best customer experiences…

One of the best customer experiences I’ve had in a long time; Stewart was beyond helpful and reassuring when there was an issue with DPD. I honestly couldn’t recommend him, and the team at The Sleeping Bag store, more. Will definitely be buying from them again. Thank you!!!

A rare company that really puts their customers first

Amazing experience. Had an issue with our order and emailed the sleeping bag store to make them aware. Immediately Stewart rang me, with an apology and sent replacements very quickly and was very understanding. Replacements came quickly. Sadly one of the larger sleeping bags was not for us so returned this, and again an email was received straight away to check if everything was OK. Once I confirmed that the replacement sleeping bag was absolutely fine but just personally unsuitable for us (too big) Stewart again emailed back confirming this was no problem and a refund would be issued accordingly.

I seriously have never experienced such high end customer service. They really do care about you, offering a quick and pleasing solutions.

I have kept one sleeping bag. I will definitely not hesitate to use this company again, and will also recommend the.

Prices also very competitive. I'd give more than 5 starts if I could!

Also delivery very quick!
