Gave it to my husband as a birthday gift as he is very worried about microplastics. He loves the sustainable brush head. He feels the function is not as great as regular electric toothbrush (eg the brush sometimes pauses while brushing) but still enjoys using it.

At the same time, my experience with the customer service was great. I appreciated Adrien's timely and genuine responses.

Wow! Great experience. I had some sort of faulty charging port. I contacted Sustainable Tomorrow and they replaced my toothbrush with no issues. I worked with Adrian A and couldn’t be happier. Getting great customer service is so important to me. 5 stars all the way.

I had one of their toothbrushes for years. When it sadly died, would not charge, (right after I had ordered a bunch of replacement heads), I ordered a new one, but that one wouldn't charge at all, straight out of the box, ugh. I wrote and they made it totally right - sent me a new one that worked perfectly plus a free gift for my troubles. The only reason this is only 4 stars (on top of the frustration of the faulty fresh product) is how slow it is to get things, don't know if it is the shipping method or the distance. But I do love the product and the customer service when things went sideways.

Great customer service and good product. I bought the bamboo electric toothbrushes for my whole family along with some cases. One of the cases didn’t fit and I contacted customer service. Adrien provided fast responses and ensured they would take care of the problem. Very happy thanks!

My electric brush stopped working after 11months. I wrote and the rep was very responsive in replacing with a new since it was under the two year warranty. Adrien A explained the process and executed in short time. The New electric tooth brush arrived this past Saturday. It is powered up and working wonderfully. Thansk!

Several months ago, I left a review about the Zen Toothbrush Bamboo Heads and mentioned that they lose their structural integrity once the head has been taken off and on (e.g., to pack for travel). I received a personal email from Adrien A to apologise, and to point out that they already have a new design out that offers "a more secure fit and greater durability." They ended up sending me a 3-pack for free! I've been using the new heads for many months now, and I'm happy to report that I have not experienced any issues again. The heads fit super tight (it actually takes some muscle to pull them off, haha). I can take the heads on and off for travel purposes as much as I want, and they're staying strong. I am a happy Sustainable Tomorrow customer :)

I had a defective electric toothbrush so I contacted Sustainable Tomorrow via their website. I was contacted by Adrien A within a few days and they provided exceptional customer service. I am so impressed by how the company handled my situation and they have now sent out a replacement and a gift too! I bought an electric toothbrush from Sustainable Tomorrow a little over a year ago but unfortunately it died on me. The customer service was excellent as my messages were always answered promptly and there was no fuss about sending me a brand new toothbrush that I will hopefully use for a long time.
In this day and age, finding good customer service is priceless and it is important to applaud it. Products fail sometimes but it's how you treat your customer that will create a long standing relationship and return business.

Their products and services are outstanding. I am loving my new toothbrush and head brushes, they are a remarkable product and i am happy to be trying to be more conscious on our environment.. very happy with Sustainable Tomorrow .. highly recommend it!

The team followed up to see if I had received their response to my initial inquiry. They graciously solved my issue and I am a happy customer. In addition to making sure I was satisfied with their email answers they also gave me a credit on some of the toothbrush heads, which were causing the issue with my toothbrush. i remain a contented customer.

Our 5 year old grandson is now excited to brush his teeth and we did not have to purchase a plastic electric toothbrush! When I accidentally ordered replacement heads to be shipped to the wrong address, I could reach Sustainable Tomorrow directly and they corrected the address immediately. Well made, sustainable products with personal, responsive customer service… it’s a winner!

A great and ethical company, creating products of high quality. I’m really happy with my sonic bamboo brush. When I had problems with it, they immediately replaced it. They also helped with the issue I had changing the replacement heads and sent me a present - a beautiful bamboo cutlery set. Thank you!

Sustainable Tomorrow’s mission is inspiring to the future of the environment. Their customer support team is wonderful as they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I ran into an issue with the motor of my base malfunctioning and the team was quick to send me a replacement. A year later I ran into issues with the toothbrush heads no longer fitting properly and again the customer support team were quick to respond and correct the problem. I will continue to use their products and encourage others to also.

I got a Sustainable Tomorrow electric toothbrush after exchanging numerous emails with Adrien. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, kindly, and professionally. The customer support is excellent! The toothbrush is well made and pretty and has good power. great settings and charges well.
