My order got lost in their system and was not despatched, they wouldn't answer the phone - not mobile or landline and didn't respond to messages sent via their website. Only when I threatened court action did I get a response to an email, despatch was then quite quick but still the communication was poor.
I don't think they are bad people just badly organised people.

This should really have a minus 10* tag.. This is an update on previous review. My son ordered a PS2 on 16/11/21 and despite contacting them repeatedly nothing has arrived. I cannot understand how they have any good comments..i hope future customers of this shop read reviews first and don’t get tempted by the flashy site snd prices. They must have netted thousands by screwing the public.. come on …do the right thing and post order NOW.

Second Update:

After my last complaint my status on the website changed to refunded, however after weeks there's still been no money returned.

I directly contacted Sumup and they checked whether the company had issued a refund on their end and they have not. Peter lied about issuing my a refund and Sumup confirmed it. I have email receipts to prove it because I know they like to reply saying the people reviewing are liars.

I'm down 300 pound. It's disgusting that people are doing this and getting away with it.

Unless my money is returned ASAP, I will be reporting the company to trading standards. I will say it again: do not buy from this site.

Stay away from this company order 2 PlayStation 5s in November never came was told I was getting a refund still waiting for the money to come back now and we are in January. Quick enough to take the money but not quick enough to give it back if I will ever get it back. Don't give them any money and the site should be closed down.

I have given them all my details and even sent them messages on their site get nothing back. Phone number don't work. Getting sick of trying to get my money that should be mine!!!!

Scam!!!!! Ordered ps5 on 14th Dec, still waiting, messaged them loads, got no reply, I am now down £510 with no ps5 in sight. Reported you!!!

Absolutely shocking company. Placed an order with them which changed to awaiting shipment within 30 minutes and then I do not hear anything for them. No estimated delivery date nor a tracking number. I tried to email them from the email on their website and it bounced back as undeliverable. I emailed them via their website and left messages on the order and never got any responses. I called the number on their website and there was no response either. This left me with no option but to dispute the transaction. Few hours after I disputed the transaction, my order in my account on their website completely disappeared as if it never existed. Absolutely shocking. In most of the reviews below you claim you are not liars and fraudsters. Why is it you can't prove that in your actions? If you ain't liars or fraudsters? Why don't you respond to emails or answer calls or send clients the items they ordered?

Yea this company is definitely dodgy. Luckily I paid via PayPal as I knew they would not fulfil my lego order. So after 2 weeks I emailed to be told they will refund. However I don't trust them and will put my claim to PayPal in. Definitely something not right. This company won't exist soon and owners will no doubt be jailed for fraud or something else. How can they run a company with this many bad reviews. Maybe we are silly
giving them a chance 😂😂 now to add to this and reply to your reply. Basically you have had £600 of my money for 2 weeks. And not informed me of a refund until I emailed you yesterday. However you can reply to negative comments made on trust pilot immediately. And don't blame the Xmas holidays as you have replied to other messages prior to mine. So this clearly shows you are holding back money and not refund in straight away. How on earth can you advertise stock but then don't fulfill. U really hope you are investigated.. I will write to trading standards regarding this matter.

Ordered this on the 26th November. Was guaranteed shipment 10 days. Left it until December 14th but nothing. I've tried calling no answer. Asked for refund and nothing. I'm very angry

No PS5 has turned up from the 28th November and countless messages and emails with zero response been scammed out of £565!!!

This is my second review in my 44 years of breathing.
I Purchased a Lego item, for my son, 10 days ago, and went back on the site to confirm a delivery date a few days later.
I sent multiple emails and tried to call the seller.
Thankfully brought through PayPal so the money has now been refunded.
Really bad company, I wish I had look at the reviews before the purchase.
Hopefully won’t be able to scam anyone else soon.

ordered ps5 IN NOV x 2 stated 10 days delivery , they replied to take payments but I emailed to cancel and ignored so please avoid these people. I have gone to credit card company to get back my £1,000 they have stole.

update after reply from the tempting offer shop saying allow approx 10 days I have allowed 10 days I’ve trusted getting in Contact with you and dhl no reply from both and your trying to say a refund has been issued which is lies because the ps5 was bright with a whole different email and name your a scammer and I have been in contact with the police so stop lying and believe me I’m not gonna stop until I bring you down 🖕🖕

I ordered a playstation 5 on the 14th of December 2021. Having not heard anything for a few days (and naturally, wanting it as a present for a some of my family members was quite keen to have an idea when it would be arriving), I looked on my account to see the progress of my order. Alarmingly, I saw that the status was "awaiting shipment". I sent a message on the site and heard nothing. I waited until Christmas Eve, which is ten days after the order was placed (silly, but I hoped they would just send it anyway, and forgot/chose not to inform me). Status? Awaiting shipment!!!!! I tried sending another message, which was long to type. When I tried sending it, there was something about recaptcha not being correct (or something similar) and had the whole thing wiped. I tried phoning - no answer. Giving up on ever getting my order (and being very disappointed that I would not be able to give same as a gift) I contacted PayPal through my online account, and my request for a refund was approved on the next page, straight after I'd put the request for it in - even though it said it could take months to approve! The actual refund will be made within 5 days, apparently. Either the criteria I entered through PayPal matches their eligibility for refunds, or they've had so many requests for them made by tempting offers customers, that they immediately grant them. For the sake of about an extra £30, I probably would have had a playstation 5 to gift. Absolutely avoid this "Company" like the plague.
Update: I don't know if I can upload a screenshot here, but your shipping section doesn't give a numerical timeframe for shipping. The only section that mentions a timeframe is the returns part. I would have given you the benefit of the doubt otherwise. I still stand by my belief in the idea that someone ordering in December before Christmas expects to receive their order in time for Christmas Day. You can try and stand behind the statutory 28 day delivery period if you like (though this isn't mentioned on your website either), but consumer experience in the last few years will testify that no-one seriously expects to wait that long anymore. Exception for overseas shipping, naturally. For the record, I live outside Bristol and your Company is in London. Still no excuse not to keep me updated on the status of my order, anyway.

Really wanted to give them a good review I ordered my items and asked for them to be delivered before Xmas and got a reply straight away that I would. Unfortunately this didn’t happen and have had to chase a refund through PayPal. Which went through instantly so I’m guessing PayPal deal with refunds from them quite a lot lol.

Scam scam scam,Ordered a pS5 on 25/11/21, got the link & paid , then got an email saying awaiting shipping!!!! I emailed after a week asking for an update, no reply, 2 days later I emailed again saying I could collect from London!! No reply, then I emailed 4 more times!! No reply & still no PS5… finally I emailed asking for a refund, guess what no reply!! It’s now 21/12/21 and still nothing, don’t trust believe the reviews, it’s a SCAM …

Bought and paid for the ps5 digital edition early November and by early December heard nothing, chased them, the number on the website rings out all the time the info email bounced back saying broken, by this point I was panicking and no correspondence had to gonthrough the bank to open an investigation and get my money back. Horrific

Still waiting for a reply, a parcel, a refund…. ANYTHING AT ALL but still nothing. Ordered a month ago on 16th November. Thanks for leaving me £400 down and no PlayStation!!!!!

I ordered PS5 said it would be 10days, weeks later was told it’s on its way, it wasn’t, then again said it was on its way, and it wasn’t... the bank refunded me it till they paid me back, but I was only paid back because I went through the fraud and consulted with a solicitor.. now the bank have took it back and I’m overdrawn for hundreds right on Christmas, so thanks for that.
