Easy to buy and save seats,and seats were amazing which made the whole experience bettet

Purchased tickets for a concert in Hobart (The Darkness). Barcodes never arrived and wasn't allowed entry to the concert. Door staff said several other groups had the same issue that night. Contacted for an explanation and got a brush off, no apology and no refund. A scam.

I bought tickets to an MCG game and selected a section of a ticket. I ended up getting allocated front row seats (literally the front row) and it was such a surprise!

Show was fantastic with incredible sound and lighting. Ushers were pushy from arrival until leaving. Treating me like I’ve never been to a stadium before to barking at me that I can’t take a can in when I was nowhere near ready to enter the hall. Drinks expensive. Nice short lines though.

Great concert experience and fantastic venue for live events. The atmosphere was excellent and the show itself outstanding. The venue was well organised though having a few more staff on the floor to help guide queues to less crowded bars and toilets would help improve the flow. The team could also engage a bit more with patrons. More seating options would also be appreciated. As BEC is quite far from the city, many people arrive early to make a full evening of it, so improving comfort during that time would make a big difference and improve sales for the venue!

Any Teletech event is easily one of my favourite experiences of the year! PICA is always a great venue with amazing staff

Ease & amount of food/bar stalls.
Well setup & easy to navigate our way entire time.

Had no trouble getting our tickets, had no trouble getting to our seats for the show on time even though the show we were at was over 4000 people. We had a great night and a wonderful experience!

The ease of electronic tickets, and regular text and email updates of show changes made attending Jimmy Carr easy. The location was excellent given the small town of Cairns and staff were helpful. The only thing that could be improved would be the long wait times for food and drinks prior to the show starting.

Got the tickets I wanted for Jimmy Carr in Cairns. Loved the show and ticket merchant made it possible to get the section I wanted when it was sold out by Ticketek. I’m so glad I went with ticket merchant! No hassle, no problems….could just relax and enjoy the show!

from when i walked in till when i left the vibes were high the whole time had the best experience ever and can honestly say its been the best teletek event i have been to and i have been to many. also getting my tickets from ticket merchant was easy and stress free as i got my ticket a day before the event and was so much fun thankyou!!!

The venue was Aweosme . It was open air , plenty of space to spread out and dance - plenty of places to sit down. The food trucks were great - toilets are an issue at every venue but there was enough while the time we were there I don’t think we waited too long. I love this venue

Buying the tickets for this concert was an easy process. Communication from Ticket Merchant was great, keeping me updated with information as the date approached.
The concert itself was amazing! The quickest 2 hours of my life. Loved every minute.

We purchased tickets for Mumford and Sons from Ticket Merchant online, and I was a bit apprehensive, but absolutely no drama. Tickets worked perfectly and the Mumford show was everything and more. Loved every minute.

From start to finish, our experience with Ticket Merchant was seamless, but what really stood out was the memory we walked away with! Watching Mumford & Sons live was nothing short of magical. The energy, the rawness, the connection, it was one of those nights you don’t just attend, you feel.
We danced, we sang, and yes… there were even a few emotional moments (in the best way). At one point, Marcus ran all the way up into the crowd, right next to us, and it honestly felt surreal. A moment we’ll be talking about for years to come.
Thank you for helping create such a smooth and stress-free experience. It allowed us to be fully present and soak up every second.
Memories like this are priceless… but winning $500 voucher would definitely help us do it all over again! 😉
