I had a positive experience and good help from Jane Rose at Travel bookings. Even though the price that I saw advertised for the outward journey was unavailable once I had booked, I decided to pay the extra as the total was still the cheapest at the time. She contacted me straight away and provided updates with my itinerary and I could then check the booking on the Virgin Atlantic website. Trip went perfectly. Many thanks and I will use you again.

Beware. I booked 4 premium economy flights with this company. I wanted specific times and booked those flights. I received a call a few days after paying that I had to agree to change the flight times (which were significant). I didn't want to change so asked for a refund and I would book elsewhere. I was told I would need to pay £160 cancellation charge per flight which I wasn’t prepared to do. I emailed numerous times to ask to revert back and was told by Alan that he would ‘guarantee’ this would be facilitated as I booked so far in advance. No surprise that nothing happened. My last message wasn’t even responded to. The last time I spoke with an agent they were mainly concerned whether I was recording the call.
Each time I complained about the change to my flights, I was told it was an airline schedule change. It wasn’t. I suspect they take your money and then rebook onto cheaper flights that suit them and not the customer.
I agree with the other negative reviews that this is not a professional company. I felt scammed.

Hi I booked a trip to Las with this company having not heard of them before having found them on a comparison website option. I asked for a call back which happened on time I was even given an option to delay cancel or change before this. I’d had issues due to the Aer Lingus changes at Dublin to their routes in 2027 so demand was up and prices I was finding higher.
Max was very helpful and informative about where to fly from due to price, stops and layover. I had only planned to book flights if they were competitive. But with Maxs help my flights and hotel of choice are all booked with vouchers and confirmation email all for slightly less. Max also made sure I was aware of resort taxes needing to be paid by night to the hotel!
They are keen you leave a review but that said it’s been great x

We had an emergency family situation which meant last-minute tickets was required within 48 hours of flying. We were fortunate to have an agent called MAX who worked tirelessly and out of office hours on a Sunday then the following day to deliver them. I have used this company a few times now because they provide exceptional customer service and are conscientious of making sure one is satisfied every time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thank you MAX.

Thanks Eric, what an experience I have had... Such attention to details, shows he knows his business and guide you all the way, showing prices to match the dates provided.
He kept in touch throughout making sure I had the very best deal. My first time using their service, was abit skeptic at first and did my research.
Upon doing so I was happy to proceed with booking my sister and I.. and can clearly admit I was a relaxed person... It was confirmed all was on board and details match with my booking confirmation, Eric had provided.
