Great company
Great company, I trust them, but the phone I had I could tell might be a little bit of a longer period of time to unlock. I decided to ask for a partial refund due to the amount of time it was taking. They were so responsive and immediately refunded the partial amount with no questions. To be honest the phone was a Straight Talk phone from Walmart that I wanted to unlock. But I knew it might be complex and I needed to return the phone during my return window at Walmart before it was up. The Unlocking Company is absolutely amazing.

They took my money with the promise to…
They took my money with the promise to unlock, they couldn't unlock. They gave me lip service for 45 business day, claiming all kinds of FINE PRINT begging allow them to complete the process. 45 business days came and went NO REFUND - NO UNBLOCKED phone. Then they admitted they couldn't do the job and for me to provide the LAST 4 of the card used in order for them to process REFUND... guess what DEAD SILENCE they DO NOT ANSWER CALLS - RESPOND TO EMAILS.

We're sorry you're frustrated, but we'd like to clarify a few points for transparency.
We have responded to every message we've received from you. **Nine days ago**, we emailed you requesting confirmation of the **last four digits of the payment card** to ensure your refund would be processed to the correct account and account was not closed. We did not receive a response.
After receiving your latest message 2 hours, we resent that request again minutes after receiving the email. We also sent another follow-up approximately 10 minutes ago after being notified of this review.
Please email sales@theunlockingcompany.com so we can verify the payment information and complete your refund.
We'd also like to clarify that blocked devices are not eligible for refunds under our Refund Policy. Despite that, we chose to make an exception and offer you a full refund as a gesture of goodwill, even though your order fell outside of our standard policy. We were simply waiting for your confirmation to ensure the refund was sent to the correct account.
Our goal remains to resolve this matter as quickly as possible, and we're ready to complete your refund as soon as we receive your response.
