Proactive customer service
Update: TWW emailed me and proactively put a plan together to address my failed attempt to cancel the order and added a procedure to avoid this issue in the future. I'm glad this got resolved because I want to continue to do business with them because my previous order was very professionally packaged and promptly shipped.
I cancelled my order EIGHT days ago and sent numerous emails to customer support with ZERO response. Cancel my order!!!
