Good efficient product , service and installation by Tim and the company

This is the second time we have use The Window Shutter Company. Once again the service has been excellent and we are delighted with the end result! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them :-)

This is the second house that Tim and the team have fitted shutters in and we couldn't be happier with them. From the first contact Tim and Liz couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful in getting our windows measured up and our shutters ordered. Tim and Martin worked tidly and efficiently to fit all of our shutters in ones day, including two huge bays windows. We're absolutely delighted with the result. Thanks so much to everyone at The Window Shutter Company for more amazing work. We wouldn't ever go anywhere else and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others!

This is the second time we have used The Window Shutter Company, and I suppose it could be said that in itself is recommendation enough. Tim and Liz are extremely efficient, the customer service first class and importantly, the shutters are excellent quality and last the test of time. So easy to clean, a major bonus for us! This is the second time we have had shutters fitted by Tim. The first was for the lounge and we loved them so much we have just had all the bedrooms done.
Tim is very professional and even put up with my grumpy dog.
We had several quotes and found Tim to be the most reasonable for what we wanted.
The one thing I noticed this time as all four rooms were being done is the amount of boxes that came in, when I took the coffee up there was no mess, he clears and cleans up as he went from room to room, and he left it cleaner than when he arrived!

Very lovely shutters, made to measure, Tim came out to measure when he said he would, was very friendly and easy to get a long with. My shutters were installed on the day that was arrange and the time. They look really lovely, makes my lounge. Tim and Martin cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend the window shutter company. I was kept updated throughout the order and Keith up today to where the shutters were.

The Window Shutter Company were recommended to us by a very friend. Tim & his team have been to us a number of times over the last 7 years and we have always been very happy with the quote, work and professionalism.

Tim is very approachable and nothing is too much trouble.

Our last installation in July 2025 was due to a window leak. We had window fixed and plastering completed. Unfortunately, the plastering wasn’t done to the specified measurements but Tim & team took the time to adapt the shutter.

Great company and we will always recommend them.

A superb job getting advice and options for fitting shutters in my brand new house. Tim knows all parts of the process including fitting them so an absolute expert who knows his profession. The shutters were fitted on time and perfectly. We are delighted with them and they were well worth the wait. Every bit of advice I received from Tim was spot on. I cannot recommend his company enough. The process was smooth and professional and the shutters are fantastic.
