We had shutters fitted to bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. They look great inside and out and Tim and Martin were super efficient in fitting them.

We were kept updated on delivery and fitting date and can't be happier with the finished work.

I am very happy with my shutters from The Sussex Shutter Company. Tim and Liz have been fantastic throughout, providing sound advice and a great product whilst acting with the utmost integrity. A slight issue with one shutter, that I would not have even noticed, was immediately flagged by Tim and a replacement ordered at no additional cost. Not something that is often the case these days. I definitely recommend these guys.

Having recently refurbished my Air BNB, the cherry of the interior design were the blinds supplied by Time from The Window Shutter Company Ltd. Tim's service was excellent and not the first time that I've used them. Tim's knowledge on what looks good at a window is second to none. It's quite a science on the looks, slates etc. I was in safe hands. We love our blinds and the service we received and we will be getting more. Thank you.

Every aspect of this process was handled seamlessly and professionally. I was in contact with Liz via email, then Tim came for a home visit - he was helpful and knowledgeable and put no pressure on me. Once our order was placed, I was kept in the loop regarding timescales and then Tim and Martin installed our shutters. The room was spotless when they left and the shutters look wonderful. We are delighted with the service and the shutters and would recommend unreservedly.

Very happy with my experience with this company. Received a very good quote for three shutters. Initial measuring up happened quickly. Tim and Liz are a delight to work with. They have supplied and installed a top quality shutter for my front window. It started with Tim visiting my home to take measurements and discuss my wants/needs. He was very informative so I felt very comfortable making a pretty instant decision in the shutter I wanted to go for. Tim left us with a very reasonable quotation for supply and install. From the moment we deposited Liz has kept us fully up to date with the timings of the shutter arriving and installation date. The installation date went ahead as planned with no delays. Tim installed the shutter under the stressful environment of my house having a dog and 3 young children & with my nan at home as I was at work. He was great with my dog and lovely to my children, so a real pleasure and trusted person to have in the home doing works. Absolutely recommend Tim and Liz for a really easy process and lovely quality product & installation!

I’ve had my shutters fitted today and I would like to say “ Tim & Martin done a fantastic job and fitting the shutters ! Really polite, kept the rubbish neat as they go. Very professional as they carried out there work.
