Great service, great product. I have used The Window Shutter Company several times at different houses and we have always had a great experience. I would highly recommend this company.

We have used the Window Shutter Company before and were extremely happy with them, therefore when we wanted more shutters they were our go to.
I cannot recommend them enough, Tim and Martin were prompt, tidy and a pleasure to deal with. All in all a 5* experience.

Liz is great at communication and to provide updates on the status of the order, preparation required before installation. Tim and Martin were fantastic at installing the faboulous shutters, very professional, clean and friendly.

Tim did another fantastic job installing our beautiful shutters. Not easy in our wonky old house where there are no straight edges. They have given rooms a sense of symmetry and elegance that balances with the rustic rural feel. On a practical level when closed they cut out drafts in the winter and make the place feel snug. Liz & Tim not only understood exactly what we wanted, but delivered sooner than expected for a fantastic price.

Having using The Window Shutter Company a good few years ago for my dinning room window (great job) - I engaged with them to do the rest of the house a couple of years later.

Now, just for my man-cave office; the job was done today for my ‘snug’ work space to allow me to use the shutters to keep the sun off my computer - again; that little chap was charming and the job was done very well, and his measurements were perfect. Another great job; can’t do better than a trustworthy local supplier!!!

The Window Shutter Company has installed shutters on all of our windows over the last couple of years and we highly recommend them. The shutters are excellent quality and Tim & his team do an excellent job when it comes to installing them. Highly, highly recommended.

From my initial enquiry to post installation, my experience has been excellent. No hard selling, just good advice and communication and we could not be happier. So much so, that we are considering having more fitted.

Throughout the process, ie initial visit, emails to update us re delivery etc The window shutter co were friendly, proactive and informative.
On the actual fitting day Tim and Martin turned up promptly and basically just got on with it! They left clear instructions on maintenance-not much I’m pleased to say-and no mess.
We are so pleased we decided to go ahead with them and would thoroughly recommend them.

Really professional job. Turned up on time, excellent installation and tidied as they went. After they had left, you literally could have never known that the shutters had been fitted that day. Really good quality product, expertly fitted with the attention to detail in terms of finishing off was spot on. Exactly what we wanted and look really stylish in our new home

Tim and Martin done an excellent job and we are thrilled with the shutters.
They were very helpful and explained everything as they went along.
All packaging, etc, was cleared away brilliantly and we would certainly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. We were looking for shutters for our front bedroom. I was able to submit our measurements online and The Window Shutter Company got back to us with an estimate for the work very quickly, so I felt confident to book a free home visit.

At the home visit, Tim talked us through the different options and took exact measurements, but at no point then or afterwards did we feel under pressure to buy. He was friendly and very knowledgeable, telling us everything we needed to know but hadn’t thought to ask!

Once booked, we were kept informed throughout as to when we could expect the shutters to arrive from China, and as soon as they were on their way, we were booked in.

On the fitting day itself, Tim talked us through everything again, from how to operate them to how to look after them. I was left feeling reassured that if there are any problems, I can get back in touch.

The shutters look beautiful and very smart. Our bedroom feels warmer and it’s so lovely to be able to let light in while still having privacy.

Excellent work, punctual and efficient.

Awesome! Tim made everything so easy and the shutters look great. The house is already noticeably warmer and quieter! Great comms too, they kept me updated regularly which is always a comfort with a long lead time. That said they came faster than expected...

Super helpful company, quick, efficient and polite. Really informative and send reminder emails for when they are due to install, visit etc so was great for a busy working mum like me. Upon fitting they left no mess, polite, and did a fantastic job which looks really smart. Couldn’t ask for a better tradesperson. Would highly recommend.
