This is the 2nd time we’ve used Liz and Tim for a window shutters. Excellent company, always keep you informed of delivery times and updates on shutters and really good quality shutters and installation.

If you want shutters, I can’t think there would be a better company out there who would be a match for Tim and Liz.

Shutters are a big step up from curtains, stylewise, but also psychologically and financially if you've never had them installed before. So you need a company that gets them right, at a good price. The Window Shutter Company does both. I chose them over much more local companies because of previous good reviews on Trustpilot, and they lived up to those. I got a swift response to my original query from Liz, a clear description of my options, an attractive first estimate, which was later reduced when Tim came for an on-site assessment, and a good idea of the timeline for the job (rather extended last year by delayed shipments from China). Tim and Martin turned up promptly on the agreed date and had the job beautifully finished before lunchtime, cleaning up as they went. With the information and guarantees Tim has given me, I have the confidence that my shutters will do great service for years to come, if properly treated and maintained. I'd like to add my voice to those on Trustpilot strongly recommending them. Even if you live well away from their base in Wivelsfield, they cover the South and South East from Margate to Salisbury, and South London to Brighton. It will cost you nothing to pick up the phone, send in some pics and measurements of your windows, and get a quote.

The customer service was excellent, we were kept up to date at all stages of the order. Liz And Tim we’re friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Liz & Tim are a brilliant team!
Tim discussed all the options in detail so we could choose the best options for us, and for our windows. Once we'd placed our order, Liz kept us posted about the shipping and arrival of our shutters into the UK, and we were booked in for fitting as soon as they knew when they would be docking. All very smooth and easy. They are clearly experienced at this!
We ordered our shutters on 22nd September, and they were fitted on the 21st December, so significantly less of a wait that we thought it might be :)
They were fitted in half a day (4 windows), and we are very very happy with the result. And would highly recommend The Window Shutter Company.

Outstanding. Excellent company. Tim and Liz are very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. The pre work, survey (measurements) and recommendations for our home was spot on, very clear and helpful, quote again very good, clear, and what stages are needed.

Throughout the process the Window Shutter Company kept us in the loop with the order and progress on shipment and delivery.

Prior to installation day Tim and Liz contact you to ensure you are ready, available and help with information to prepare your windows for application. On installation day Tim and company arrive promptly, know what shutters and kit are needed for each room and crack on very efficiently. They keep all areas very tidy and clean up, also taking all rubbish away with them. The company also don’t leave without giving you advice on how to use the shutters and how to upkeep them for longevity

We thank Tim and Liz for all their help and professionalism. We now have the shutters installed and they are fantastic. Amazing installation, every window is perfect, a game changer for our house, they look awesome.
