If i could rate -5 i would!!! We ordered the Triple Aero 15.6 Pro Max 12th August and still not arrived!! Absolutely shocking!! Having now looked at all these reviews i am guessinng none of us are getting these products and have been scammed.

SCAM - I bought a triple screen through Facebook, the links and website have now gone. It was through LIXOVAL / WROOCS

I bought triple screen monitor on 9/8/2025. Firstly it says will be delivered on 5/9/25. I still have not recieved it. And cant track it as the website has gone now. Seems like scammed. Dont ever buy from these websites. I wonder how facebook and instagram allowed these companies to advertise on their platforms.

Total scam - item never shipped. I was fortunate that I was able to do a chargeback on my credit card for the item as it was never delivered. Do not touch these guys !! Should have an option for zero stars!!

⚠️ SCAM ALERT – DO NOT BUY FROM WROOCS / LIXOVAL ⚠️

I purchased the Triple Aero 15.6 Pro Max along with a so-called “lifetime warranty” on 24 August 2025, spending a significant amount of money. To this day, I have not received my order.

When I tried tracking the parcel, it only ever showed as being “somewhere in Taiwan” before the updates stopped. Now, their entire website has been pulled down, leaving customers completely abandoned. To make matters worse, the invoice came from a company called Lixoval, making the whole transaction even more suspicious.

This company is untrustworthy, unprofessional, and quite frankly, a scam. They take your money, provide no product, no customer service, and then disappear. I am extremely disappointed and angry with this experience.

Save yourself the trouble and do not order anything from Wroocs or Lixoval. They cannot be trusted.

Seems I’ve also been scanned. Their ad came up on Instagram and I placed an order for a triple monitor. Tracking was active at first showing updates, now page no longer found for the tracking or the main website. Instagram needs to take accountability for allowing these fraudsters to advertise on their page, better security checks are needed! Not sure I’ll get my money back :(

Echoing what everyone has said, it's a scam. Initiated a bank refund.

Total scam. Ordered a product on 27July which still has not been delivered. Website has been taken down since

a scam - item not received - bank returned funds

Scammers! They lure you in with great prices, take your money, but never deliver the products.
This is outright fraud – reporting to the police is the next step.

I have placed an order for a triple monitor in Mid August all paid but not received and the company cannot be contacted. SCAMMERS.

Just been on to Credit Card company, apparently I am the second caller today for that call handler.

Such a shame and we came very close to ordering two!!!

If I could give them zero I would. It seems they are scammers. They have taken payment for a triple monitor that they were marketing on Instagram which they have not delivered. Their website is fake, their socials have been deleted and no reply to any emails. It does seem that their information is at Companies House so I would suggest reporting them as fraudsters there as well as to the police.

Total scam – they gave me a tracking number and link, kept me distracted with fake updates for a month, and now the site is down and they’ve stopped replying to my emails.

On August 26, 2025, I ordered and paid for the Triple Aero 15.6 Pro Max monitor extender from the website thewroocs. However, I have not received the item, and the website has become inaccessible. Consequently, I believe the website is fraudulent.

The fraudulent website is associated with Lixoval Limited, which is listed on the Companies House records online.

The director/officer of Lixoval Limited is Shazia Moin, a Pakistani national. The correspondence address is Flat B-B, 211, Worple Road, London, England, SW20 8QY.

I contacted my bank to report the scam and I got my money back immediately . Under a new law which was enacted in October 2024, banks must issue refunds within five working days for instances of fraud in which individuals are tricked into making payments to fraudulent accounts (commonly referred to as Authorised Push Payment (APP) fraud).

To report the scam to your bank, you have two options: you can either call your bank or simply log into your bank account online. Locate the specific transaction in your bank statement and select the option “help with this transaction,” “dispute this transaction,” and “report it as a fraud.”

Same experience. I ordered and it never came their shipping portal is also bizarre claiming it delivered and I wasn’t present without any evidence.

Would not recommend them.

Total Scam, ordered the triple aero monitor based on an instagram ad in July. Product not arrived still, customer support said that product is in transit and have reordered a new one. Which has still not arrived, tracking updates are fake. I will have to ask my bank to refund.
