SCAM - Avoid Avoid Avoid, You will not receive goods or any reply to emails.

Same as all other people on here. Clearly a scam, emailed their support with no reply and tracking has stopped working as has their website. Avoid

Scam , ordered , never arrived .

They are scammers so everyone should avoid them. The tracking is not working. I have reported them and waiting for action to be taken.

Absolute Scam! Ordered screens back at the very beginning of August - still nothing received and today their website doesn’t open and the “shipping company” tracking is just ridiculous.
I will be reporting to the bank and filing a claim with SCC tomorrow.

Like many of the other reviewers here I have also reverted to doing a deeper dive on who Wroocs is. I ordered a Triple Aero 15.6 Pro Max through an Instagram advert at the start of August 2025. Weeks passed without any updates. 6 weeks later it seems their website, Instagram, and Facebook pages have been entirely pulled. Not a trace.

I have emailed their support and with any luck will have a timely response offering a suitable remedy. Otherwise, it’ll be onto legal proceedings.

Scam same as everyone else 2 month delay in delivery then nothing numerous emails finally 2 days ago they said they'd refund or redeliver nothing no response website down will report them also

SCAM SITE!

The web site is a scam. They have taken my payment and given a fake shipping site which updates periodically with fake updates of delays and issues.

Do not trust anything of thewroocs.com or their real name Lixoval.

Ordered and paid for a Triple Aero 15.6 Pro Max.
Shipping tracking worked until package was handed off to a local courier.
Thewroocs do not answer emails and their website is currently down. (Possibly the fault of their Web hosting)
Edit..tracking site has now disappeared as well. Looks like it was all a scam. Unfortunately I'm seeing exactly the same advertising video and graphics on a social media site, presented by another company that has only just been created. It would seem the scam continues under a new name !

Just like all other reviews here, I ordered the triple monitor screen, received parcel tracking information but never received the goods.
Tried to contact them a number of times but no response.

Scammed, anyone know how to get a refund for this fell for same trap ordering a triple monitor and nothing has ever came!

I had the same experience! Fell for the same SCAM. Getting regular updates from courier but, not the page is giving 404 error. Will inform the bank about this and also I the email to support at shippyexpress bounced back. Not sure if it’s the correct email.

Ordered the Triple Aero 15.6 Pro Max screens on 13th Aug, the order is still not delivered and can't reach the shipping company or the customer service email of wroocs as the email address:
team-atherate-thewroocs.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.
So have tried the alternate email : support-attherate-thewroocs.com - hoping to receive an update .. but same email address does not exist

Scam took my money never delivered scamming creatures

I was like everyone else, really suspicious about the tracking. I emailed them with regards to the delay in delivery and they responded. In that reply, they offered me a refund. By this time I had seen all the issues others had been having, so I told them if I wasn’t refunded in the next 5 days, I would report the company to the police having got their details from Companies House. My refund went through today. No harm in sending one more email, check Companies House for Lixoval first.

Absolute scam. Taken money and no intention of delivering goods. Avoid at all costs

Also no delivery on triple monitor following speedy tracking no new information after September 01
When it said it had been collected for delivery by local courier. I will attempt to reclaim through card company, but don’t hold much hope☹️

Hey All. Same here, never received monitor from them. How and what should you mention to bank to raise a claim ?

Have fell for the same scam as others for the triple monitor.
