SCAM!!!!!!!!

Websites like this are the absolute scum of the earth. Fake reviews plastered all over their website and socials to make it seem legit, placed order over a month ago, and now socials and website inactive. Appalling

I've had the same experience as others…

I've had the same experience as others on here. I ordered a triple monitor on sale for £49.99. The most annoying thing was the shippy express tracking. I've been checking the tracking every day, and was suspicious due to the weird timings and the strange descriptions. I am glad others have confirmed it as a scam. Please avoid it.

SCAM

SCAM - like many others I thought that as the item was advertised on facebook the company must be legit. Wrong! When something looks too good to be true, it’s usually a scam and I can’t believe I’ve fallen for it. Been a month since buying the triple screen and nothing. Luckily, my banks fraud protection are sorting and I’ve been reimbursed.

I had exact the same experience as others who left review here. Same explanations for delays. I had two email responses from the supplier reassuring me the order will arrive but late than expected. Today the website and tracking page is no longer working.

It's a scam..

It's a scam... I fell for it and after reading all the reviews I now know I will not be receiving the goods. Reported it to my bank who said I have to wait for 28 days before I can claim back.

Does Facebook not vet anyone who places an advert on their site, this is the only reason I ordered the non existent item because I thought it would be safe through Facebook.

Total scam

Total scam, payment reflects as Listoval, the shippy express tracking info is total BS, demonstrating the most traumatic journey of a package from storms, equipment damage, mis routing etc etc

SCAM

SCAM. SCAM. SCAM.

Ordered on 04/08/2025. Never received a thing. The company uses a fake courier service called "Shippy Express" that provides completely false tracking details to string you along until it's too late to file a dispute.

They stole my money. They will steal yours too. Do not buy from Wroocs. I'm reporting this to Action Fraud.

SCAM - AVOID THIS COMPANY

Purchased a Triple Monitor from The Wroocs on 17th August 2025. Deliver timeframe has passed, no item received. Payment shows to Lixoval, shipping with Shippy Express. Shipping updates are nonsensical with more delays than you can imagine. Any attempts to make contact with either company are ignored!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY. Have raised it as a Scam/Fraud with my Bank.

Thewroocs is a SCAM

Thewroocs is a SCAM. Do not buy anything from them. I never received anything I ordered from them and am trying to get my money back.
Payment shows up as Lixoval on credit card. Typical scammer behaviour having different company names.

The Shippy Express tracking they provide is completely fake. Full of nonsense entries such as
Delay: High Volume at Customs
Delay: Additional Inspection Required
Delay: Weather Issues in Transit
Delay: Mechanical Issue with Transport
Delay: Delivery Address Verification Required
Delay: Recipient Unavailable for Delivery

Oh well it seems I have been scammed as well

Oh well it seems I have been scammed as have the other reviews. It has currently been 6 weeks since I ordered with the tracking journey making a lot of nonsensical excuses (tried to deliver, courier picked up at 3am etc) - they did reply to an email when I queried where it is but have now gone silent.

Please don’t order, you will not receive the product

Not delivered. Scam??

I ordered a screen on 16th August which has not yet been delivered. I do a have a Shippy Express tracking number, but this seems to offer only excuses as to why the parcel has not arrived.

Don’t bother

Don’t bother.
Scam site, ordered a screen for circa £49, you’ll receive shipping number from a company called “shippy express”. The tracking is a bot generating every possible reason when a package would be delayed.
I think they are relying on the fact it is only a relatively small amount and people with write it off rather than pursue it

They are a BIG SCAM

They are a BIG SCAM, as others have mentioned. I had the same issue with a triple-screen order for my laptop on the 4th of August, and there has been no sign of delivery.
I only received one automated response with a tracking number, which turned out to be fake.
I strongly suggest NOT clicking on the tracking number if you receive one, because in my case it showed false information. Whenever I track my package, it shows nonsense excuses and also Around the same time, someone also tried to hack my email but luckily, I had two-factor authentication enabled.
Please, never buy from them. They are a BIG SCAM.
