Very responsive to a question I had on email. And it resolved my issue.

I was limping into work,barely making it through the day and limping out in the afternoon. I am on my feet all day. I had pain in my hip and lower leg on the left side. After one week with your insoles I have no pain anymore. I ordered another pair.

The minute I put the insoles in my work boots my pain was gone

I bought this for me and my girl but apparently they left out about the super high arch support that make our flat feet hurt even more.
When I want to return and asked for refund. They offer me 30% refund and I can keep the products. I told them what for my flat foot not going to work. And then no reply on my email. That I reply back on Monday morning at 9.30 am

The insoles have helped my steps so as to ease the current pain in my left leg. I bought 3 pairs - for 2 work shoes and my sneakers.

The promptness of replying to an issue to correct email address by a support agent.

The pain in my hop is getting better every day.

I have to admit, day one, I was skeptical. The arch support took some getting used to. I was determined to stick with the insoles though. I followed the recommended use schedule and gradually increased my time with the insoles. By day 4, I was sold. My pain from plantar fasciitis was gone, my knees felt better and my walk time increased. I have been recommending them to my friends, family, and strangers I meet during my day.

I fat fingered the shipping address and I’m deployed. I realized the mistake after I had submitted my order. I sent an email to the customer service agent Jason Lavelle and he responded with not only an email of it being fixed but with a picture of the address resolution on my behalf. There was no I’m sorry about that just a quick resolution and response. Thank you Jason for your help in getting my new insoles to me.

The insoles feel great on my feet. I think I need some more supportive shoes to help my balance

I had to wait for my order to take its sweet time through china. I thought this company was in the US and that it would ship from the US. I’m not happy about waiting 3 weeks for a delivery

Great product. They definitely have helped my feet. So much so that I bought the xstance slides. I hope you all are working on an athletic version of these as well.

The original package never arrived. I reached out and did get an email that the matter would be looked into and never heard back. Eventually in about 3 weeks (last week) a package arrived and I have my foot creme. Thank you.

The customer service representatives offered discounts in an effort to persuade me to keep the insoles after I expressed my desire to return them, citing discomfort with the left insert. I tried the inserts in several pairs of shoes to determine if the issue was with the inserts themselves or the shoes; however, the insert was indeed the problem, even when placed flat on the floor. They suggested I try the inserts for an extended period to allow my feet to adjust. Regrettably, I was unable to use them for more than a few minutes. I am disappointed that they did not work for me.

Rate at which questions were answered. But the style and shape of insoles for men and women should be different. Size 9 womens should be very different than size 9 in mens despite the ability to trim them. Trimming them will compromise the integrity and the support of the insoles. I will need to return the three that I got for myself. The only one I kept was for a man.But I think having to pay postage for a desgn flaw should not fall on the consumer.
