We had the pleasure of dealing with Eve, she was incredibly helpful during the entire process of securing our mortgage. As first time buyers, she was kind and friendly and was great at breaking things down for us so that we understood everything, great with communication and keeping us updated throughout the process. Which ultimately made it as stressful free as possible. 5 stars, 10/10 would highly recommend her to anyone.

I honestly can’t thank Stacy Hotson enough for the support and dedication she showed throughout my mortgage process,from the very beginning she was patient, professional, and incredibly responsive, always taking the time to explain things clearly and made sure I felt comfortable at every stage.

Excellent Service
I had a fantastic experience with Threshold and couldn’t recommend them more highly. Joe was excellent from the very beginning — extremely responsive, flexible, and always willing to help, no matter the time of day. As this was our first mortgage, he took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently answered all of our questions, which made the whole process feel much less stressful.
Once our case was passed to Adam, the high level of service continued. Adam was also very helpful, quick to respond, and kept everything moving smoothly through to completion.
Overall, we have been very happy with our experience with Threshold from start to finish. The service was professional, supportive, and efficient throughout. We were so pleased that we have already recommended them to a family member who is now looking to remortgage.
