I am a returning customer to Threshold and I have no regrets in my choice to use them again. They have always been incredibly helpful and very responsive. Jake sorted out a new mortgage for us for a house move, finding the best rates and working out deals where possible. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will certainly be using them again when needed.

Excellent service
I cannot rate this company highly enough. I was looking for a company open between Christmas & New Year to get a rather quick idea of what we could borrow, ahead of viewing a house. I left a request for someone to contact me back on their website, and had a call within hours from the wonderful Symon who has, from there onwards, supported us every step of the way and has stayed firmly on top of everything.
They have arranged affordability certificates, mortgages in principle, mortgage illustrations, mortgage applications and sorted our life cover -- all promptly, accurately and nothing is ever too much trouble.
Thank you Symon and also PJ for getting our mortgage offer through. Now just to get a completion date!
