Initially sent my parcel to the wrong address - to a completely different city. There did not seem to be any reason for this. However after sending a message to them it was quickly corrected and package received the following day.

I've been using Tiacare for all my PPE supplies for around 2 years now. They are responsive and usually well stocked for what i need.
Their customer support is fantastic also. for example - I placed an order just before the Christmas period, however, I didn't click the deliver option. Their support team emailed me directly within an hour asking if that was intentional because I don't usually select collection. It was Christmas and not receiving these over that period could've been a pain in the neck.
It goes a long way when you get support that's responsive. Great Company

Deluxe Over Bed / Chair Table – Twin Top
Great product however some nuts and bolts needed for assembly were missing. Spoke to Tiacare who responded in a professional and timely manner. All good now and helping greatly following hip replacement surgery. Recommended both in terms of product and supplier.
