Almost instant interaction with the team

The response from the team was super quick,booking was hassle free,reshma was extremely helpful with processing payment and so happy that we managed to book what we wanted for the preferred date,will.book again through ticketbox.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Purchased tickets for a cancelled Halloween event in October. Despite being promised a refund within a month, it is now January 2026and I have received nothing. I’ve called multiple times and been given empty promises of callbacks that never happen. Save your money and buy elsewhere. Unreliable and poor customer support.

We apologies for the inconvenience. We explained to you that the process for refund requires a procedure to follow, and we require authorisation of the organiser to proceed for a refund. We only act as intermediate. However out of goodwill your refund was processed as soon as you raised phone calls with us. When events are cancelled or postpone, we require to process batch refund instead of one by one which takes us more time to process. We understood however your urgency, and we processed your refund. We hope you have well received your refund back to your bank account.

Last minute booking - full support

I made a booking on the same day and got full support and communication from the ticketbox team. They took care of everything despite the last minute arrangement. Absolutely recommend using their services. Thank you to Reshma for doing her best.

She's very professional, always willing to help, she made sure I got the flight I wanted despite some difficulties faced earlier, she stayed to help me from 7 pm to 11 pm on a FRIDAY NIGHT
