A must-see in Madrid
The route inside the palace are really worth seeing. The halls, rooms, atrium, the weapons and armours collection, is all really worth watching. Getting the audio guide is helpfull, although some times it is difficult to identify the artifacts described in it, but still it gives a full good context of the rooms walked through the visit. The palace itself is amazing.

Don’t use this website. It’s not the real one.
It charges 35€ for entrance and audioguide and the audioguide is not even the official one so it’s much shorter and so messy that it doesn’t follow the tour.
Don’t get fooled like I did and go on the official website. The price is 18€ + 5€ for the audioguide. So not 35€ (and more money to pay there for the official audioguide).

There is no way to rate this company zero or negative stars so I am leaving one star. DO NOT buy from them. They charge a significant upside to regular tickets you can procure from official websites at a fraction of the cost, and they do not offer any added value. The tourist pays 30-40% more for nothing. Overpriced liars
They have a website that looks extremely similar to the real thing, so be careful! They are a crooked company that sells you tickets for things you did not agree to for way too much money. I booked tickets quickly for Park Guelle accidentally on this website thinking it was the website. They did send me ticket for the day I booked but the time was not the time I had asked for. They then tried to tell me I could get in at any time of the day as long as I had a ticket, which directly contradicts the Park Guelle website. I did not even trust the tickets I received, so I bought another set through the official channels and ended spending way too much money... Don't let this happen to you!

I purchased my Park Güell ticket…
I purchased my Park Güell ticket through Ticket GO Tourism and paid €28. I later discovered that the official ticket price was only €18, meaning I paid €10 more for essentially the same entry ticket.
I understand that third-party sellers may charge service or booking fees, but I felt that the additional cost was not made clear enough during the booking process. I emailed the company to ask about the €10 difference, but I received no response.
I would recommend that visitors check the official Park Güell website and compare prices before purchasing through this company. My ticket worked, but based on the price difference and lack of response to my email, I was disappointed with the experience.
