I accidentally made 3(!) mistakes in my booking. I don’t know maybe it’s because of the full moon or smth, I was being very clumsy. But when I contacted chat they responded immediately and Marta was able to help me change the details and get new tickets.

i got scammed

i got scammed. i dont need this ticket any more and i called support and i was told that i should fill in the request to return a ticket and i will get my money back. i done that and got a reply that they wont return because of their own stupid rules. never gonna buy tickets from them and dont recommend anyone. scammers!

This site is just scamming people

This site is just scamming people. I wanted to refund my tickets 2 days before departure. Sent the request even emailed them asking when the amount is going to be refunded. They said within 24 hours. They email me the other day saying that the refund is not possible because the fees exceed what I paid for the tickets. Insane. Do not buy tickets from here, also the fees for purchasing the tickets are also way too high.

Don't buy tickets from tickets.lt

I ordered plane tickets for 3 adults on the website tickets.lt on August 30, 2024. from Vilnius to Munich one way. I paid 407 euros. I received confirmation that my flight is booked. Booking #2PX8OUWP. In the evening of the same day, I received a letter from this agency, with the information that they do not confirm my flight and will return the funds. When I contacted them and asked why they are canceling my flight, what are the reasons, I never got an answer. Their website continues to sell tickets for the flight I booked at a higher price. The agency does not engage in communication. When I asked when this would be done, I received the answer that within 1-2 days, I still haven't recovered the funds, my letters are no longer being responded to. Due to the error of this agency employee, I have a lot of inconvenience and additional expenses.

On the part of our agency, the return was carried out yesterday, February 14th. Typically, funds are credited to the buyer's account within 1-3 business banking days. If the funds have not been credited to your account after this period, we will provide you with a refund confirmation that you can use to check the status of the transaction with your bank.

Don't waste your time with this booking…

Don't waste your time with this booking agent. Same as previous reviews - I searched online found a flight that I wanted. Paid for the ticket, then received an email saying there were no seats available. Repeated the same process, over several days on the Tickets.lt site. Same deal, same outcome. In fairness I did get a full refund, but a complete waste of my time.

WASTE OF TIME

They initially show a cheapest price when you check online or even on their website and wait until you give all your deatails and finally say ERROR, NO SEAT AVAILABLE. It is a joke and waste of time.

Unfulfilled Refund Promise

I had a regrettable experience with tickets.lt
The problem was when we purchased three tickets for adult price, and after mention that we are flying with the infant they purchased a ticket for my daughter to carry on the parents lap. They literally scammed us and they don’t even refund the money. Their response was “ The amount of service fee exceeds the refund amount provided by the rules of the current fare.” That’s not fair and we are really disappointed by this situation. I do not recommend purchasing tickets from this company all. I will never do, as well as my friends.

Avoid tickets.lt!!!

Unfortunately, I recently needed to change a flight date on tickets.lt due to a health emergency. While the initial ticket cost was €400 each, the service fee for date change quoted was an astounding €1,500, which seemed exceptionally high. This exorbitant fee, coupled with the lack of any response or explanation from tickets.lt, left me feeling incredibly frustrated and disappointed.

Avoid tickets.lt

I bought tickets to LA from Vilnius via Copenhagen. Flight was today in the morning. Yesterday i try to change a ticket to another day, but in hours was no answer. Many time I spoke on phone with costume service tickets.lt , suggestion was to keep an waiting, because they wait for answer from SAS airlines .later was suggestion to cancel a ticket.
I did call self to SAS airlines but they say that is nothing to do with them.
Later on came answer that is not possible to change and no money back . Also ticket back after a month is gone.
I did contact European consumer center. Happy for the help.

Unreliable - Would not recommend in case of cancelation

I purchased two tickets for a journey from Lisbon to Vilnius, which included a layover in Paris. This consisted of two flights for two individuals, each incurring baggage charges. Regrettably, both of these flights were canceled in June 2022. Despite the passing of almost 1.5 years, I have not yet received a refund. Interestingly, I received confirmation from Ryanair, responsible for one of the flights, stating that the money was transferred to Tickets.LT's account in June 2023. However, Tickets.LT has not refunded the money to me.

I wish I had read the reviews before…

I wish I had read the reviews before booking a ticket with Tickets.Lt😔😔. The first name and the last name were switched around. When I called to request it to be sorted out, they asked me to submit a request. I did that, and I'm still waiting to hear back from them. I called the airline, and they informed me that my reservation has not been confirmed with them. I need to pay an additional £375. Therefore, they advised me to get a refund within the 24-hour period, as I'm entitled to a full refund without any charge. When I requested a refund, Tickets.Lt informed me that I have to pay £335, claiming that the airline is charging them that much. However, when I contacted the airline, they told me that isn't true. Legally, an airline cannot charge a customer for cancellation or name change if it's done within the 24-hour period. I asked them to provide written proof that the airline is charging them that amount for cancellations within the 24-hour period, but they said they don't do such a thing. I honestly don't understand how they got away with it.
