My experience with Event Source was great because they very promptly responded to my request for them to email my tickets to me again as somehow the original email sent to ne 2 months earlier had disappeared off my phone!
The customer service exceeded all my expectations.

An extremely simple but comprehensive administrative online ticket system is provided by TicketSource, coupled with a support team who have a wealth of experience, a flexibility in dealing with the common issues owners of Ticketsource accounts challenge them with, but also the more complex systems many endeavour to formulate for their individual needs/events are resolved by their friendly, professional support.

Purchased tickets for a show which is showing on my credit card but never sent me any confirmation. So I reached out to them with the dates place and time which in honesty they replied and sent me my tickets which I guess this maybe my fault as I didn’t check their email fully just saw these tickets now I found out these are for a show I went the over a year ago so I’ve had to buy more tickets.

As a charity whose aim is to and conserve gardens, parks, open spaces and the landscape within the county in which we are situated, we hold events, public lectures and conferences in order to promote our work.
All these require bookings to be made and tickets issued to subscribers, electronically or to be printed out.
At one time we were undertaking this task 'in house' until the work load became too great.
At this point Ticketsource was suggested to us by not one, but two, other organisations who were using the service.
Once, having looked at Ticketsource, we didn't look back, and have subsequently recommended Ticketsource to other charities.
Setting up Ticketsource is carefully explained in easy to follow stages; nothing is left to question with all queries readily answered - not by some disembodied recorded message but by a real, friendly, patient and helpful person.
Setting up an event, with details, is a carefully explained process which may be modified by the organiser at any time.
Customers find Ticketsource easy to use and organisers are able to access reports and transaction with ease, also to contact customers.
Payments to organisers, following an event, are made promptly with Ticketsource's handling fee being entirely reasonable.
We are unable to recommend Ticketsource more highly.

Very helpful responses to questions and queries which has allowed me to complete the tasks needed and yet with the possibility to reach out for further support. I have been assisted twice by their online support and both times have been exceptionally helpful. Highly recommended.

I had an unresolved issue printing tickets (Vretti). Becka tried patiently and spoke with her support line. Matt solved the problem - old software setting!
