Frauds! Scam! I bought tonights UCL match ticket (Chelsea vs Barcelona) and never received my tickets thought they said your tickets are ready in their email and the sad part I bought my tickets through “Instagram” and even more worst they asked for my passport photo for verification which I did send them now I’m worried what they going to use it for their other fraud/illegal activities and how many others passport photos they may have.
Watch out for these scammers.

If I could put no stars I would do not buy they are fraudulent
If I could put no stars I would. I was sceptical about purchasing these tickets for the price I paid but thought I’d take the risk and hope I was proved wrong. Unfortunately I wasn’t I received an email at the beginning of the week stating that tickets were available and would receive these on Thursday. Received another email on Thursday saying that the allocation is now not available and in place of 2 tickets for £140 that I originally paid they would give me four corporate tickets at no extra cost but usually costs approx £1,600. I have asked for a refund and still nothing. Please do not waste your time buying from Tier One as they are not genuine. Guessing other reviews are all false ones

But they didn't send me the ticket.
And not even return my money back.
And also not replying on email now.
So totally scam ,

I work for tier 1 asset management, we have been inundated with calls from people saying they haven't received their tickets. We have been told they are asking for photo ID such as a passport / driving licence - which is a mega red flag.
I have called the building they trade from and was advised a case has been opened with the met police -if you have purchased tickets you need to call action fraud, call your bank and give them ref #NFRC25110771238 and get them to reverse the payment.

Scammers don’t buy hope they go to jail
After seeing recent posts , asked for a refund for Arsenal tickets on the 30th Dec . Received a email saying tickets ready which is a lie and asked for copy of passport which I find strange probably so they can use it for another scam . If it to good to be true it usally is 120 pound lost and a gutted fan , hope these people get caught and jailed for the money they have stolen from football fans
