I can't recommend Tiger Estate Agents enough. Steven, has made the whole process stress free. Professional and caring service. You would be daft to go anywhere else.

Tiger Sales & Lettings have just sold our property for us. Good job done but a special shout out to Michael. Every time I spoke to him to query something he was right on it and called me back every time.

Very poor and unprofessional experience with this estate agency. I was informed that viewings had taken place on my property when they clearly had not, which raises serious concerns about honesty and the accuracy of the information they provide to clients.

Communication has been extremely frustrating. Emails are routinely ignored, and when responses are eventually given they avoid answering the direct questions being asked. I have also repeatedly requested that my property be removed from the market, yet those instructions have been ignored.

This level of ignorance, lack of transparency, and failure to follow a client’s clear instructions is completely unacceptable for a professional estate agency. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering using their services.

I know its xmas/new year but ive tried 5 times to get them just to contact me about 2 different properties on their books by clicking the contact link on both their website and zoopla. The first time was 18th December. Its now 2nd Jan. Seriously they cannot have been closed for that long? Feel sorry for the vendors who probably dont understand why they arent getting any viewings.

Massive big thank to Gail and Michelle for all there support selling our house they supported me and husband all the way through .At some points the sale become very stressful at times ,but both ladies had our backs all the way and we made it to the finish line .
Both ladies worked so hard with my sale keeping in touch with myself with as many updates as possible.Always there when needed support and guidance and i would happily recommend them to others buyers and sellers .

Shocking agent, i literally begged for assistance to find a property and recieved no help from tiger estates, mever letting me know properties had gone whilst im awaiting my application..i went in office weekly and called almost every day false promises and ignorance.

AVOID avoid avoid this company very horrible how this company has messed my disabled son about he went to veiw a property been accepted and payed the holding deposit and then messed about for a month saying they would give him a update but never did eventually they have given him a update and is now refusing to give his money back how this company can manage to help people don't trust them they will take your money and then messed u about and won't refund your money back terrible company how can they sleep at night treating disabled people .like that

Beyond awful. Not one viewing and, when asked for their Lettings rates, they took 23 hours to email.
Non communicative in every single way.
Avoid as much as possible.

Having made an initial enquiry regarding the sale of my property it had within a week been valued, photographed and was ready for advertising. Unfortunately I was unable to progress with the sale but they dealt with this in a professional manner and did not pursue any costs. Would definitely deal with them again.

If your a single parent income looking to rent do not go through this company. Not even a curiosity call to say it’s been taken let alone I was the first to view and put an application in. How people who work here sleep at night is beyond me.

i have brought and sold 30 propertys over the years ,used tiger estates and was amazed they sold my property the next day not even put on rightmove,chris and staff all work together ,would always use tiger estates they are the best in blackpool,thanks guys all the best for the future

Arranged a viewing and was given a time 4.15pm-4.45pm after first being told there were no viewing available for a week, which is not good for sellers, tried to call them to ask if the guy had turned up to the property as we were under the impression it was a 30 minutes time frame but couldn't get an answer, so we walked round as the property was round the corner from us, waited 10 minutes then called them to see where the guy was, they told us he had left after 10 minutes, he never bothered to call us to see if we were on our way and then told us we should've been there at 4.15pm at which I told them we tried to call as the instruction wasn't clear and we didn't want to stand outside for half an hour, so then told it will be a week before we can view. Never had this from any other estate agents, I would definitely not use them to sell or manage my properties

Chris Houston this man is so professional. He does everything he says he will and more, his time keeping and punctuality is a credit to him
The whole process of putting my mums house in the market after her passing away has been so easy for us at this very sad time.
If you want a brilliant service from an eastward agent don’t need to look anywhere else Tiger is the place to go

Terrible service and never repair anything when asked. They ignore basic laws like finding out or contacting the owner. They don't stick to rental contract agreement terms.

Tiger letting wow what can I say
When first move in no problems than the problems started rising damp started and mould the property is very cold to live in I was told it’s wasn’t damp when it is my daughter bedroom is very damp on the walls and ceiling’s no suitable lighting to go upstairs to the bedrooms and bathroom as am disable they don’t listen to people and report repairs and they never get done never going to use them again and am moving out of there property as they seen that they don’t like people who living with heath conditions

I write as a former tenant with Tiger. We are absolutely disgusted the way we have been treated. We were in a rented property for just over two years. Of which at no time did we contact you or cause any concerns to you. However at the beginning of the tenancy was a major red flag. However at the end of Our tenancy you have showed us the utmost disrespect by taking us through the process of claiming our deposit back through the DPS. At no stage have you made contact with us. What for, all over £80. Pathetic I find your Customer Service has failed us on so many levels. We moved out at the of August and still because you haven't bothered we are been hounded by Utility companies for payment. Don't worry they are been sent back to you. Thank you Tiger you've done a great job. We would certainly not recommend you at any cost. Sometimes it's better to respect your tenants. Good luck for the future because I think you'll need it!!! Also just to let you know they bought out Macdonald's Estate Agents. So you'll receive the same Customer service. Thank you 👍

Tiger has really grown to be the best,I like the quality they are giving nowadays,sizes are amazing.

Really rubbish. I contacted them regarding a property and the girl was rude on the phone. Then told me it's under maintenance. Then I called about a different property a few days later and the guy told me I had to fill out a application form before I could even view it. He sent over 9 pages for me to fill out and I hadn't even viewed! Some questions were quite invasive especially considering I've not even viewed it. I filled in what I coukd and sent it back. I never heard back. Then I received an email from them asking me do I want to fill out an application form. I responded telling them that I already had and I sent it over again. Then the reaspose was a seemingly human written response telling me I need to fill out an application form. I gave up. Don't bother.
