Rude guy on the phone very bad experience
When I order online I have choose collection and yes it was showing iver address which is 8 miles from my house so I have decided to collect , but after 2 to 3 days i have not received any email or message that your collection is ready or naything , i have called 100 time on that website number but no one answers that, so i decided to go to the address which is showing on the website and that address is something different, it was accountant office on that address , for some how i have managed to find the iver collection address and went there to collect my order and the guy who attended me there he said your order was ready from last two days , finally i got the tiles and the tiles was fantastic I loved it
today 20-6-2025 i have called cause i need VAT invoice the guy on the phone was so rude vvery unproffessional i have explain him the scenario what happed when i placed the order he do not care he try to ignore my talk so i felt bad and that is the reason i am posting this review else i was not ready to write the review cause normally it happens in business like this but the way the guy talked with me i never prefer this website or services,

At no point do we list any unrelated addresses, such as an accountant’s office, so we are unsure how that confusion may have occurred. Terrible experience with Tile Universe
Terrible experience with Tile Universe. They completely forgot my order, and when I called, customer support just shrugged it off, It took another week for someone to finally delivered it.Aslo I ordered light grey large tiles as pictured but got white onyx light beige instead, and now I’m stuck with the wrong ones. Unprofessional service and poor customer attitude. Will never buy again
