Visit holt regularly, popped in to have a browse and left with lots of gorgeous winter jumpers etc, great selection of everything.

After a busy shopping trip to Holt, Norfolk, heading back towards the carpark, I was attracted to this shop by the lovely bright coloured window display. The lady was very welcoming & I spotted the same trousers I had previously brought from a similar shop in Fleet, down South. I was looking for jumpers this time & found exactly what I had been looking, all day for. I brought 2 beautiful coloured ones & will definitely visit again, now I have found this ideal shop. It has lovely accessories too.

Im thrilled with my pearl button back, batwing sleeve jumper in a gorgeous bubblegum pink. Looks great with jeans and smart with a skirt for more dressy occasions. I live in France so had to take advantage of this opportunity to buy such a lovely jumper while staying with my sister in Norfolk. She has two of these already!

My first ever visit to your shop (in Aldeburgh). Lovely to wander around and I found an excellent burgundy jumper. Tried it on, looked good, purchased and went up the road happy!

Lured in by delicious bright colours in the window, I bought three jumpers very quickly (I loathe shopping) to the surprise and delight of the lovely lady in the shop, who made what’s usually a horrid experience fun and joyful. Thanks, Southwold Tilley & Grace, and thank you to lady in the shop. Might see you again next year for a repeat!

Love your shops, always visit one wherever I am, not very often do I not come out without buying something.
My favourite items are your trousers of which I have 6 summer colours and 4 dark pairs.
Staff are always helpful and friendly.
Packaging is always nicely done and you never have to pay for the bag.

It is nice to get something that is made of leather and not plastic that is made to look like leather.
The bag I purchased was extremely well made and looks expensive but was very reasonably priced. I have purchased other things previously and again they have been well made but again reasonably priced. I will keep looking online, also visiting the various shops when I am in the area because I know I will see something I will like.

Visited Holt a few weeks ago and have been back several times since. Amazing experience and I love the fact it’s like having a personal shopper! The assistant Vicky is fabulous! Has an eye for detail and now knows exactly what suits me. Talks about matching hair colour and complexion and accessories (she knows her stuff!!
Nothing is ever too much trouble.
I shall look forward to taking time out to go again. The colours are fantastic and of good quality! And I felt so comfortable with vicky Would highly recommend!!

What a lovely store in Woodbridge. My first experience in Tilley and Grace - I've already bought something on-line.

Visited the Woodbridge store last week and was helped by 2 lovely assistants. So friendly and came away with a beautiful jumper although it was hard not to come away with more !

I ordered the bag on Friday and it was delivered Monday, super quick turnaround, thank you and the bag is a perfect size for your essentials.

One of my favourite shops in Southwold. Always a lovely selection of clothes and accessories at very reasonable prices. Friendly staff. A great place to pop into and browse.

I wasn’t disappointed I bought a fabulous cream jumper it’s so cosy. I was also served by a lovely, friendly and helpful lady. It’s so much nicer browsing a shop than browsing on line items look and feel more exciting.
Can’t wait for my next Southwold holiday and a visit to your excellent shop.

Very good company to buy off very reliable And quick to delivery

My Daughter and I came into the shop last weekend and enjoyed looking round at the lovely display of clothes, arranged in complimentary shades of colour. The lady in the shop was very helpful with the style of trouser and suggested I tried on a pair of chino's.
They are perfect , made from a nice quality fabric, feel comfortable and look smart and got my Daughter's approval !
I also chose a pretty top to compliment the trousers. There is something special about trying and buying clothes at an independent shop with helpful staff. Thank you Tilley and Grace we will look forward to visiting again.

The staff at both stores I visited, Holt (27th)and Aldeburgh(29th)were excellent. Extremely helpful, very pleasant and it was a pleasure to shop in your stores - I just wish you were in West Sussex!! So much nicer to shop in a boutique than online but your online ‘store’ is also excellent. Thank you.

Just the handbag I needed at a greaat price

My handbag is just a perfect size to hold all the important and necessary items I need. The colour chocolate will accessorise with autumn and winter colours. A crossover style is now important to me and the quality is excellent. Thank you Tilley and Grace for such a very attractive and useful handbag.
