the best business management system

Tillpoint is very flexible restaurant management system. Tillpoint staff are very helpful and friendly, they added a report and helped us customise our receipt, create menu, adding and adjusting our inventory. It is very easy for our staff to work with the system and support from the company was great. Thank you.

I wish I'd known about tillpoint sooner, the point of sale has all the features we need - plus accounting and timesheet. Support has also been first rate.

AMAZING SYSTEM + SUPPORT

I have a small chain of restaurants and use Tillpoint as my primary management system. I've never come across a system before that had so much (POS, accounting, staff timesheet + payroll, etc) without having to pay extraordinarily high fees i.e. Oracle or micros.

Customer support has been fantastic. They made sure everything was setup correctly and they're experts gave my staff amazing training.

Perfect company with no complaints

The Tillpoint system has been a remarkable addition to our operation. It has facilitated our organisation by automating and streamlining many tasks including order taking, stock taking, purchasing and more.

Wonderful team at Tillpoint who have supported us in every-way from demo, pre sales to post sales.

Deserve 5 Stars without any problem whatsoever.

Highly Impressive System

Dear All

I manage a group of companies in the Middle East and chose Tillpoint as our preferred EPOS partner. We have been highly impressed by the software application and system. We are currently managing our F&B outlets in Dubai with Tillpoint’s EPOS and continue receiving fantastic support. Tillpoint has proven a hit with our staff at floor and management level due to its ease of use and ample features.

We are now looking into adding terminals for our retail units.

Solid well rounded system, Great after sales.

I researched a lot of POS apps before settling for this. I liked Revel, but the pricing was on the high side and it's really only limited to POS software. Tillpoint was more reasonably priced and I like the accounting module. On the downside I felt the initial set up on Tillpoint took a bit longer, as it has a lot of options, but I guess that's a one time thing and I suppose at some stage some of the extra options may come in handy. On the other hand the after sales support from Tillpont was significantly better than Revel, that alone will keep me with these guys... keep up the good work!

Tillpoint has a First Class Team and System

We have been using Tillpoint for our retail businesses in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah in the UAE and we could not be more happy. The team at Tillpoint have been absolutely fantastic in meeting our complex requirements for a complete business management system at our 11 stores.

I would highly recommend Tillpoint without any reservation. They are amazing in support and the software has been easy to learn and adopt with great functions and features. It is has been responsive and smooth in operating throughout our multiple terminals and branches.

They seem to be a relatively new company probably around a couple of years but they operate extremely professionally and they certainly outperform the large corporates in multiple areas who have been well established.

Thank you Tillpoint, First Class and I see huge success for your company if it continues like this.
