Thoroughly professional team in Waterlooville. Matt who visited me at home, to complete all the paperwork,
was polished in his communication, all details covered, and reassurance of the calibre of cleaner who would be assigned to me. Charlie, in the office, again, great communicator, and each time I have spoken with him it has been a very positive experience
I have not yet my Mary Poppins, but feel confident someone compatible will be visiting me regularly

Dreadful and awful communication on all fronts. From the company it’s self and from the two assigned cleaners.
Both of whom wouldn’t even say on the day or after their allotted time they weren’t coming! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

The good: our regular cleaner is fantastic! She has been such a great to help to us and I’m so grateful to her. Time for You set up was pretty easy and efficient. I paid an initial 3 months of their fees and the rest you pay the cleaner directly. They’re also pretty good on communication and let us know when there are holidays and if we want substitutes.
The not so great: the substitute we had was awful, not much was cleaned. I sent in photos and they didn’t do much about it. You’re paying around £5 per hour of cleaning to Time for You so I would have expected some resolution beyond saying “we won’t send this person again.” I’ve now made it clear I don’t want any more substitutes, which makes this whole company middle-man thing a bit useless.
I would have liked more of the money to go to our fabulous cleaner, but they did source her for us so that is something.

We used this service to hire a cleaner for the last 12 months, the cleaner was great, very friendly and always did a good job but she recently had to cancel as the travel was too much for her. Since she has cancelled we have found out that the company has been threatening her and sending very aggressive messages. We had an outstanding amount that we owed to the company and they told the cleaner she would be a part of a court case if she didn't give them some information they were after... Which doesn't even make sense legally and is a disgusting abuse of power, done purely to intimidate a cleaner where English isn't her first language. Disgusting company

RE: Time For You Surbiton
It took a while for me to write this review as I didn't want to write it while I was angry. Thank I kept forgetting!
My eldest daughter made a contract with Time For You to get me a cleaner for my Mother's Day gift. Both myself and my daughter that lives with me are disabled (fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis and Cerebral Palsy) so it was a very thoughtful gift. My daughter was due to drop her first baby any minute so hadn't paid the retainer.
They kept hounding me for it. That should have been a give away about their operation. She had been taken in for an emergy C Section so I paid it myself as I knew my daughter had plenty going on. They knew she was pregnant and that this was a gift for me but still they kept hounding!
The first cleaner needed to reschedule - we agreed on Good Friday and double checked with her that Good Friday was fine. She cancelled again so we requested another cleaner.
The next cleaner was lovely but was on her phone a lot. She didn't have great English so explaining took longer than it needed to.
I remember going downstairs in the first week and she'd had the shower running the whole time so I told her there was a bucket - seriously, she asked me what for!!! I had to explain to a cleaner what a bucket was for??!!
Another week, she left the water running in the kitchen sink which overflowed and seeped down through a gap in the sealant - it blew up my washing machine. She kept repeating how sorry she was. Time For You offered me a £45 'good will gesture'. That was like a slap in the face and I told them so. In all of our further correspondence this pompous guy James kept repeating 'good will'. I was incredulous and absolutely fuming. He was obnoxious and rude. (He is not the one they send out to meet prospective clients!)
I was told I should not have bought a new washing machine before making a claim - as though I really could do without one. I felt as though they assumed I bought a new one to claim the amount from their insurance. That wasn't on my mind - I just needed a working washing machine"
This was their final correspondence to me (after I'd cancelled!):
"As per the contract, the contract is for an initial 3 month period and therefore there is no refund for the initial quarter. This is in the contract in which you signed and therefore agreed to. If you are in doubt in regards to this please seek legal advice. If you wish to use any unworked hours you have until your termination date to do so.
As explained to **** we have retracted our goodwill gesture of £45 and we will pass this onto the independent insurance company and they will contact you directly. We hope that this issue is resolved with them however our involvement is finished in this matter. "
Note that: none of their cleaners speak great English, they all seem to be Eastern European. Where they're from doesn't matter to me at all but they have no clue about proper cleaning, recycling or environmental issues which you would think, a management company would make sure they adhered to. You're better off using Facebook or an actual cleaning company like Molly Maids.
I now have a lovely cleaner with excellent English and she in environmentally aware. If it weren't for our terrible experience with my daughter retaining Time For You I may not have met my cleaner so, for that I'm thankful.

This review is for the setting up the cleaning service, which was quick and professional from the start of my query. The service offered was bespoke to my needs and the costings for a regular clean were very reasonable. I look forward to a long and fruitful relationship with Time For You.cleaning

I moved to East London with limited time to get settled prior to starting a new job. I needed a cleaning company that would provide a good service but quickly. Sam was extremely helpful, understanding and worked with me to deliver what was required. I have an ongoing good, reliable service which I’ve very happy with.

Our cleaner Natalia is absolutely fantastic. She is a pleasure to have in our house and always does an excellent job. She is also really accommodating when I sometimes need to change our time or day.

I paid for a light cleaning service, expecting a thorough and careful job. However, all I got was a quick vacuum in the middle of the room and a fast wipe along the edges of the shelf. This is not cleaning! It felt more like a rushed job with minimal effort. Very disappointed and definitely not worth the price. I won’t be using this service again.

Too soon to report on the cleaning yet but the young man, Liam who came to see us today was very helpful. Looking forward to meeting a suitable person to do some cleaning for me.
