Timetastic is a wonderful application that has one purpose which it does perfectly; keeping track of annual leave within a company. For members of staff the process to request leave is a simple couple of clicks. For managers, tracking leave within a department and approving requests for leave is once again a matter of a few steps. Being able to review the annual leave for the whole department on one calendar makes it so much easier to approve requests. And for senior management, the reporting features are once again clear and concise, and readily available. We assigned a complete technophobe to the setup and administration of Timetastic and she had no problem at all with completing all the required steps to get things running for us. In her own words; "If I can do this, then anybody can".

Could not fault timetastic system or their customer service. Any time i have messaged the customer service they have replied within the hour and always effective. We have went from paying over £100 to £17 and the charity discount is amazing.

We needed a cheap but efficient solution for sorting out leave and after free trialing a few other companies we stuck with timetastic as it was the cheapest and integrated with our work calendars. It is really easy to use and seems to have been built to work in the most efficient way. Very pleased to be using it.
