Scam!!! I bought a lot of furniture on th with website thinking it was real. The website and checkout look like a well established business. But nothing ever came except a post card. Because of the tracking number and it was delivered, Chase Visa keeps denying my claim. I am at loss how to get my money back. I can’t believe the bank thinks this is a real company.

I wish I could it a zelo star! Horrible experience! I was sucked in by a Nieman Marcus AD for LV bag for $24.99, which is actually a $650 bag. Smh I should have know it wasn't legit, but I feel for it anyway. I've canceled my card, tried to reach out to their "customer service" via email, no response. Sent another one and it came back as non delivered. I am so mad right now!!

Persevere with your bank. Mastercard have now issued me full refund for my order with 'Zara Home'. I've also reported the company to Action Fraud.m

Scam, they charged me 77 pounds, for different items Zara Home Outlet, then I received a little card saying greetings 😡😡😡

The products ordered never arrived; no feedback given; all the contacts are fake.

I ordered five goods from what I thought was zara home. Realised it was a scam after payment as the email was a different name to zara home. I contacted my bank immediately who advised to wait 28 days for some attempt of a delivery. As the reviews state Tiny omega sent a tiny parcel bag with a blank gift tag. I re sent all the evidence of correspondence invoice, Royal Mail correspondence, bank statement entry, emails to tinyomega trying to cancel the order to Barclays who contacted tinyomegas bank who sent the disputed funds back. I’m assuming this is happening frequently which is why the bank is clearly returning the disputed funds.

Yesss this is scam. I made an order a carpet ,some forks and I don’t remember what else and they sent me an envelope “best wishes “

Complete scam! I wish I’d read these review before.

I bought what I thought was Zara home outlet goods. It took over a month for me to receive my ‘package’ and when I did it was a small note saying best wishes.
I wasted €95 on this and I’m furious. Please don’t make the same mistake as me.

Ordered several items worth over £100. Received nothing 4 weeks on and customer service email does not respond. If you click the link to the shop it's simply a garbled mash of letters.... Intend to report to the bank in an attempt to have funds returned.. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. They pretend it's a Zara connected shop!!!???!!!!!

Totally a scam website!!!!!!!

This company is a total scam. Ordered goods from what I believed to be a Zara outlet & received my parcel yesterday, they sent me a tiny plastic envelope with a miniature card saying “best wishes”. Do not order from this company and others associated with it as they trade under different names. Scammers!!

Big scam! i orderd for 48,- euro at the 06.06, and now i see this shop don’t exist. They pretend to sell from Zara home sale items.They made publicity on instagram. Seems there is no control from meta. I will try to go to my bank to get the money back but i think it will be difficult.

Three weeks on no parcel and although it’s still on Instagram the company doesn’t exist after digging deeper.....deliver was supposedly from china!!! Might have known..
