Scamers. Don't use report to your bank. They pretend to be Zara. Chinese scamers. I just got my money back from the bank.

Don’t buy anything - they took my money via the “Shop” app but order was never delivered and their Customer Service email address does not reply.

Scam!!! I also got the Best wishes card and lost a lot of money to these scammers. DON’T LET THEM DONOT AGAIN TO YOU

Big fat scam

Yes it’s a scam , I even e-mailed them as time was passing by . A reply came back saying the parcel will take a month to arrive .That never happened
The following week I received a small package with a small card in saying Best Wishes

Like all others here, thought I was ordering discounted Zara home wear.

21 days after my order, I received a best wishes card from China. Hoping bank will refund me. They have advised I need to call them back in 15 days.

Do not buy from this company, they are scammers. Pretending to sell Zara outlet items. Looked like a legitimate shop that came up on my Instagram feed. I received email confirmation of transaction and even a update if when to expect delivery. Then I got a Royal Mail confirmation of delivery, expecting to find a parcel. I received a tiny greeting card that had Best Wishes printed on it.....from China.

Scam. They steal your money and do not send goods.

Less then a star! It’s a scam! I ordered some items of Zara home outlet - 95 euros as they announced). They give a tracking number but the only thing they sent was a card saying “best wishes”!

A total Scam!
I also bought items on what I thought was a discount store for Zara, now realise it was a scam.
2 weeks later I received a special delivery with a tiny card saying "Best Wishes"!!!!!
Currently speaking to my bank account to see if I can get the money back? And will report them to Instagram

Not even one star but no option for no stars. Same as everyone else on here. Thought I'd checked this company out back in May when I ordered £62 worth of lovely home stuff from Zara Home. Initial reviews looked ok as I believe this is a new company, clearly a scam company. Hoping my bank will kindly refund me. I also received the best wishes card. More like two fingers to me for being an easy westerner to scam. Do not buy absolute scammers...

I purchased a number of items from this website . All I received was a tiny ‘best wishes’ card. When I asked for refund they said some mistake was happened and i will receive
now i cant enter the website

Just had confirmation that my complaint is with the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau (NFIB) - do not purchase anything from these scammers.

SCAM. I also received a 'best wishes' card!! After I received this card there was no chance anymore to enter the 'view my order' side.
Don't buy anything from there !!

This is a scam sight do not use. Bought a Duvet 25th May. Got nothing. They advertise on FB ignore them and report.

Major scam!! Waited a month to get my order and got a card that says best wishes!!

I purchased a number of items from this website which is advertised on Facebook. I should’ve realised, too good to be true. All I received was a small ‘best wishes’ card sent by RoyalMail. When I questioned them about my order, they said I had received it. Obviously I hadn’t. They think they are clever by sending you the card, so it looks like you have received the order! Thankfully my bank have reimbursed me. Avoid these con merchants at ll costs
