Ordered in good faith all that was sent was a ‘best wishes’ flower card
DISGRACE! DAYLIGHT ROBBERY £50 stolen!
DO NOT BE FOOLED!!

Like others I ordered items from what I thought was Credible site. However like other after many weeks I received a small card saying best wishes. I emailed them and they stated it was a mistake and I would get my order or an alternative. I asked my credit card company to intervene and they contacted the company and I have my money back. I reported this to the internet platform who are not taking any action.

Spent £54 and all I received was a tiny plastic envelope with a best wishes card inside! Like they’ve put two fingers up to you. This was signed for so when I asked for tracking it looks as though purchase has been delivered. COMPLETE THEFT SCAM

I ordered something and when I got the delivery after a month I got a card that says BEST WISHES!!! 😡😡😡

I still think that is a scam but I asked fot a refund and I got it.

Didn’t receive my order, can’t contact them either! A total SCAM

SCAM / BUYER BEWARE also bought items via Instagram link and Shopify store. Also received a card saying 'best wishes' and a templated message saying they would locate item as it was sent to wrong 'factory'. Shopify continue to host site, even though the amount of complaints on Trust Pilot should initiate a review/removal of the site from Shopify (not impressed with there response).

Ordered via a face book ad, Zara Home. Link went to Tinyomega shop online. Waited 3 weeks for items and today the Royal Mail delivered a Best Wishes card. Thats all, no packages or parcels. No response from website. A complete scam.

I feel very stupid. I didn’t check trust pilot. Absolute scam. They sent a best wishes card so there was something to track. The card is like a ha ha we got your money.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Exactly what all the reviewers said!! I'm feeling very angry about it, one of the item is prepared for Birthday present!
But a big thanks to the reviewer Tom Cowie, now I'm dispute raising with my bank, hopefully could claim it. please if someone knows how to raise it on the internet and let other people aware about it!! Don't fooled again!

SCAM! Got a greeting card saying best wishes and no items
Lost my dispute with bank and lost my money.

SCAM. Ordered discounted Zara Home items on their website and only received a blank "Best wishes" card from China.
Contacted the seller by email and website but no response yet, not even an acknowledgement. Their telephone on my credit card app is a mobile phone and the company's address seems to be a random London address.

Ordered through link on Instagram, seemed very legitimate, but do not be fooled!
I received an order confirmation along with tracking details from USPS. But still nothing has arrived and this was purchased over 3 weeks ago.

It sounded too good to be true, and it is! The same as other reviews, I was expecting large pieces of homeware, I actually received a card like you'd get with flowers. Had this email from their CS which is nonense... looks like all our orders actually went to the postcard factory!!!! Refund requested and dispute raised with Mastercard:

"After we check the shipping information. We are very sorry. As we have two factories, one is for postcards and the other is for yours. Might have been wrong in shipping. We will resend the product with a free item picked randomly."

Total SCAM! Do NOT order from this website! I ordered some goods and instead got a blank card sent instead.

Just a scam never got the goods I paid for and like others the only thing I got through the post was a card you would put on flowers saying best wishes !!
What a pee take !! Don’t purchase anything off these scammers they pretend to be Zara home, reduced items and it looks very authentic but don’t be fooled

So glad I read these reviews - scam site. super cheap Vinted prices and really lovely Zara home items ,sadly not real. Thank you everybody on here and I'm so sorry for your experiences

SCAM! - instead of the order - a greeting card is sent.

Also fell for this scam as well after seeing the advert on Instagram for Zara Home. I’ve ordered and received a best wishes card in the post, but not the items that I ordered. Customer service responded to my email after a few days:

“Due to a problem with the logistics system, your logistics have not been updated. you will get your order this week. If not, please contact us again. we can refund you”.

I then responded and requested the refund to which the response was

“According to our policy, once payment is completed, the amount will not be refunded. We suggest that you carefully consider before making the payment to ensure that your decision is final”
